This is pasta is fantastic! It does take a bit of time to cook, yes, but it is delicious!
I tried this version in place of the fettucini I usually use. It did take a bit longer to cook, but based on the direction I expected that. It was absolutely delicious!! So excited to have an alternative to the longer low carb noodles!

Tough, not tender at all!
I cooked this rigatoni for 20 minutes. It never softened up or expanded. I don't understand why it wouldn't absorb enough water. I want my money back!
