Easy assembly/great space saver
One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. Live in a small apartment, it folds up easy and out of the way. Easy to set up and put away. The workout book has great workouts and pictures to help you get started. I recommend this for anyone who has limited workout space.

Great piece of equipment!
This is basically a TG Apex 3 model marketed for Amazon. It is a "small frame" model with a 300 lb. weight capacity. and a cool color scheme. That being said, if you are over 6' 2" or so, you may want to consider a model with a longer board. You get the pull up/press up/dip bars for great compound exercises, the board is drilled for a weight bar which you have to buy separately. With the 8 levels you get better precision on your incline level and the slide board is nicely cushioned. I had a Club 1700 for 25 years which I used for good effect along with free weights and body weight exercises, now that I am in my 60's I use my TG exclusively. Great piece of equipment an great price on Amazon.

its really long and takes up about 10-12 ft of space by about 2.5 ft wide
its gunna be great for upper body and using the foot board helps with bending my knee after replacement surgery and getting my range of motion past 130* warning wear your hair up as it will get caught in the pulley and jerk it out if laying on the back board i was not expecting it to be so long and take up so much space. even though it does fold up for stowing away until you use it next. still really long.
