Great quality and customer service
I bought this as a gift for my husband. There were a few issues the order and the customer service was amazing. The case itself is really nice quality and fits his cue perfectly with space for several chalks. Delivery was very fast and the case was very well packed to prevent damage.

Not worth having if in regular use
Had this 6 months and falling apart. 2nd one mind. First one clasps fell apart. Did replace for free but 2nd one not much better

Not happy with this totally useless every screw was loose. Is not metal but wooden with coating. Absolute waste of money.
