Easy and cost effective
This was a great value. My old one was broken. The switch over from internal parts was easy. The emergency key. You are better off using your original key in the new replacement. It will fit. I notice no difference in the functionality of the new. Love the look of it. Feels a little more durable than the original. Functionality is fine. Key is protected. Feels great in your hand. Love the key chain that comes with it. If your internals aren’t broken, it’s a great replacement.

Great easy far less expensive fix!
This was awesome and so much less expensive than buying a whole new fob. The guts were fine but the rubber exterior of the factory wore off. Popped my interior into this and worked right off the bat. Sweat and back to new.

Perfect replacement!
The circuit board fit perfectly inside! I tried to replace just the side with the buttons because the rubber came off some how over time and tried to keep the original back side that said GMC. But when I tried putting the key in, it wouldn’t secure properly. So I decided to just match it with the replacement instead of trying to mix the old with the new. It looks like the original so that’s good, minus the missing GMC logo on the back. I highly recommend this happened to your key fob.

5 minutes and had it going, good as new.
Got the fob today. Took my key out of the old one, and dropped the internals into the new one. I also used my old back with the Chevy logo. It was a little hard to click the two halves back together but it worked. My old key almost didn't want to go all the way in, it was tight but it did click and lock in. I haven't ever taken the key out in the 3 years I have owned the truck except to replace the battery anyway so no big deal. Confirmed it works locking and unlocking doors, and remote start as well. Seems to be very well made.

Perfect fit
Works perfect. Looks and functions exactly like the factory original. Was easy to switch out. No programing anything. I have a 2022 silverado 1500. On a side note: I now keep the fob separate from the keys and leave the keys in the car. I do this because the keys rambeling around in my pocket is what trashed the fob in thw firat place. This key fob should last much longer.

Perfect fit
