Red butting fell off.. 3 months old.
After 3 months the button that holds the wand to the vacuum came off and cannot be repaired. Now need to buy a new wand.

not work with V11
This stick connectors are very losing. it isn't fitting V11.the vacuum cleaner motor keeps disconnecting when using this stick. have to return it immidiatly.
