DC Batman, Batwing and 10-cm Batman Set, 1992 Batman Returns Action Figure and 1989 Batwing, Limited Edition 85th Anniversary Collectible Kids’ Toys for Boys and Girls Aged 3 and Up

This a detailed, quite large batwing from one of the best Batman films (1989), in my opinion the best Batman film after the Dark Knight. The small figure included is also quite detailed with a good resemblance to Michael Keaton and fits well inside the cockpit. This toy manufacturer has done an excellent job for an affordable price.

Perfect screen-accurate representation of the 1989 Batwing, with a surprising amount of extra detail that goes beyond what I've come to expect from Spin Master. The included figure is excellent - a significant improvement on the Keaton figures that came with The Flash line (where they were a touch too small and the likeness was practically non-existent). The likeness here is perfect and the fine details are incredible for such a small, mass market figure (look at how well they capture the details on the boots). If I could criticise anything it's the total lack of action features - not unusual for Spin Master, but I was holding out hope that the machine gun canopy might pop out like they do in the film. Also a slightly more considerable issue is that while the Keaton figure is a bit taller and more striking looking, the increase in size makes him just a shade too big to fit in Spin Master's 1989 RC Batmobile which is a shame as the 'The Flash' Batman that comes with that incredible set isn't as nice as this more classic figure. These are MINISCULE nitpicks though...considering I paid the pre-order price of just €20 for this, I couldn't recommend this set more. A great anniversary set and a great tribute to some of my favourite superhero films.
