I must say I have been very impressed with this item, only lowered score on ease of drinking as I fill mine to take with me in the car for later in the day and have another cup with a lid that I pour it into so have not tried drinking directly from this one.I was amazed when on a day I had forgotten I’d brought it with me, 3hours later my coffee was still piping hot, as though I’d just boiled the kettle. As a bonus, it looks gorgeous too :)Well worth the buy, a very good product.

Great travel mug! Be warned, it's very good at keeping liquids hot. I made my usual commute coffee (the reason I bought this mug) at 7am. When I got on the bus at 7:30, it was still too hot to drink. When I got to work at 9am, I put some milk in to cool it down, and it was still nice and warm when I eventually finished it at 11. Normally, my coffee is gone halfways through my journey. Tomorrow, I'm going to have another go, but let it cool a bit before putting the lid on.

Great product. Keeps drinks really hot, sometimes too hot. Tip - prewarm to keep for 4 hours. Without warming lasts for around 2 hours.

Lovely cup, keeps my coffee hot for around 3 hours. However, my cup was knocked out of my kitchen cupboard onto the floor and the lid fell apart. Fantastic product, as long as you don't drop it.

It actually works. !Update.. .should read, for a short while. I have purchased this cup 4x . Including for friends too . Due to the period of time it works for , which im finding lasts only roughly 3mths and then it can only keep liquid hot for 1hour. I wont be ordering again as im now drinking luke warm tea and will definately be purchasing another brand.

Shocked at how hot drink was even after 2 hours and burnt tongue. My fault. After last cup which lukewarm after same period, absolutely brilliant. Just what we wanted after recommendation from existing user.

Good quality cup, doesn't leak and keeps tea hot for absolutely ages! My partner used it everyday for commenting and work
