I have repurchased this product several times in the past couple of years and I do have to say that I am honestly very impressed with this product! The recommended daily intake is 6 tablets per day, however, I have always been taking it in 3 tablets a day and I take all 3 at once about 30 minutes before meal. As you get 300 tablets with this pack, it can easily last you for up to 2-3 months, depending on your preferred daily intake. This Organic Broken Cell Wall Chlorella is extremely potent and even this dosage will bring all the desired benefits and effects that you would expect from this product! I do always tend to go back to this product every time I feel fatigued or have noticed problems with my skin or hair, and after only a couple of days with not even the full dose, I feel considerably more alert and energised and I immediately notice a massive improvement in my memory and digestion, as well as in the condition of my skin and hair - seasonal hair loss is reduced, skin looks vibrant and refreshed. I've been rundown for a long time and have had severe pain to the point ended up in hospital. Anyway, to cut a long story short, decided to stop taking chemical formulas (pharacetical tabs. from the doctor) and after reading reviews tried these. All I can say is WOW! I knew my intestines and health not right. I took 3 tabs the first day and within a couple of hours felt sharper and more energized. Was able to exercise for the first time in weeks. It is only day 3 and not on full dose and yet massive difference in the condition of my skin and hair. My eczma has healed practically overnight. On top of this I had to look at myself twice in the mirror this morning. I looked different - a good different, a healthy more vibrant difference (only had 6 tabs in all at this point over 2 days). Someone mentioned that these come all the way from the States. I find that hard to beleive as I ordered on a Friday and got them the following Monday morning. They must have a warehouse/base here or in the EU also. Anyway, will continue taking at the moment. UPDATE: Well it's been a week now and still have to rave about this product. Definite mental and physical difference. Good difference. Someone thought I was actually getting paid to advertise this product. I don't think so, and I so hate sales. Good value for money, good quality, good taste. It _is_ an acquired taste, but it is so worth acquiring. One of the most primordial foods, with the cell walls broken so that we can absorb the massive amounts of nutrients; also a chelator of toxins. This one really does taste good. And chlorella helps create melatonin, so good to take in the evening...

I was looking for a natural alternative to period pains and read various articles that taking Chlorella can reduce the pain. I have been taking 400mg of Ibruprofen every for hours for the 1st 3 days of my period since I was a teenager just to get me through the day and I was desperate to find a 109% natural alternative. The 1st month I did not notice much of a difference but in the 2nd month I had gone down to 200mg and now I will take 1 or 2 max a day a huge reduction of Ibruprofen. Great Product! If you’re looking for Chlorella, make sure it’s broken cell wall like this one is, otherwise your body won’t be absorbing the nutrients from it! I also love how this is an organic product, a great price per mg compared to other broken cell wall Chlorella and I also like that the caps are 500 mg each (I’ve boughten others that were much smaller and so I had to take many more of them). I’ll likely buy this product again.

Packaging is good. tablets are medium size and easy to swallow. Caused me diarrhea . So I stopped taking them
