Stay thirsty my friend……
Second time the threaded spigot cap has cracked at the top. Customer service slow to respond and tried to blame elevation changes (jug was full and water does not expand). This is a design and manufacturing problem. Until they solve this known issue, avoid this product, unless you can tolerate arriving at your destination with a flood and no drinking water.

Meh
It looks great but the dispenser went out on us after like 3 times of use. Didn’t matter if it was fully charged. Hard to clean and the water doesn’t seem to fully come out when you try to dump it.
