Love, love, love this new laptop. I work from home, and needed a faster, more reliable computer. It is the best HP laptop I've owned so far. The keyboard has the numerical keyboard also, which is a must for me. Fast loading files, quick internet connectivity, beautiful screen resolution. Also, the red color is a matte red that reminds me of my favorite Christmas ornaments.The price was well within an average person's budget, believe me I shopped around for days before deciding on this one. I do not impulsively purchase electronics, my last HP laptop was 10 years old. It's still working, slowly and updates are not working. My last cell phone (Note 3) was 7 years old. Upgraded that to Note 9 finally. Point being, I expect my electronics to last. I normally don't write long reviews either, lol. For what it's worth, I really do recommend this laptop.

It took a little bit to set up. I had to erase everything like just to start over placed I security software and seems to be doing pretty good was very difficult to use. My email ended up messing it all up because of Microsoft. So now I’m locked out of my regular email and had to create a different email but oh well no big deal. As long as this computer does it what it’s supposed to do then I’m good. I’ll let you know within 30 days what happens I also because of Amazon I was able to purchase a two year program with Assurant through Amazon thank you Amazon two thumbs up

A very good general purpose laptop with a fast boot. The SSD memory accounts for the speed. The keypad suddenly stopped working completely. The customer service person tried many solutions, and ultimately arranged for me to return the machine to get it repared. I decided to do a factory reset and fixed the issue. I love the machine.

One of the portals does not work. However, I did not discover that until I paid a computer technician to set up the laptop with all the items required, so I did not want to return the item to Amazon. Then, I discovered there is no cd/dvd drawer, so I bought a portable cd/dvd writer burner (extra cost:$28) --but it is difficult to set up and I am not a technical person. Additionally. I was very disappointed that Microsoft Word was not included. There are ways to download free Microsoft Office--but that is too much for me, I will have to call in a geek again. The Media program is also not included--in short, programs included on a laptop I purchased last year (Dell) included the programs I expected to find on this HP but did not! The picture is good, the computer is light and attractive, but all in all, I think this was not a smart purchase. if I knew enough about computers, I probably could have found better--but I am a senior citizen and of the belief that quality in almost everything, "Ain't what it used to be."

Really great deal. I got this for my cousin as in my country prices were extremely high for no reason. When I saw this deal, immediately I fell in love with it and even more the color. Everything was perfect, the transaction was smooth, easy. Got the item in perfect condition, works great. Really clean audio, the screen resolution is really vibrant. Functionality is smooth. Great buy.

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this crappy purchase. This takes forever to load. I want a refund. Dont sell crappy stuff on AmazonUpdate: False Alarm. Initially the device was running very slow but I restarted device and it has great speed. It works awesome. It just needed to restart

Charged overnight 0% battery. Unplugged immediately turns off. On boot up the bios gives the error in the picture. Thanks for ruining a birthday gift for my mom. Garbage bs

My elderly mother needed a new laptop and when this was purchased in late 2021, there were not many options available (and even fewer of a reasonable price). We selected this one for the size, OS, and mom loved the red case. She mostly uses it for email, Facebook, and to watch some videos on. No complaints.

I’m very pleased with this laptop. I’ve bought a few different laptops from various brands in the last few years but this is definitely my favourite. I’ve been using a Chromebook for fun stuff, and purchased this laptop as a secondary computer specifically for school. The keyboard feels fantastic to type on for long periods of time. It’s fast and user friendly. The battery life feels pretty typical though, which is fine for me.

Muy satisfecho con el producto, es cierto que viene en modo seguro pero no es complicado quitárselo para poder instalar programas. Tampoco es complicado sacar la letra Ñ solo hay que configurar ambos teclados en español e inglés y funciona perfecto se pueden guiar por tutoriales, la laptop es rápida trabaja perfecto.

The laptop is exactly as described. Its easy to change to regular windows 10 to download unrestricted. After a couple days even got the notification for windows 11. Only downside is the US plug. But on the right extension cable it also fits without issue 😀 all in all perfect laptop
