Information in this book was outdated, the Unbreakable Brain was much better information was relevant too today,highly recommend " The unbreakable brain. " I think all baby boomers should get this book.

Read the book but got minimum help from the reading.

It is a very knowledgeable book and helps you understand what and how your brain works and what needs to be done to stay healthy.

I'm still reading it but I have enjoyed it immensely so far!
