A great souvenir for engineers and technology fans.
My wafer arrived well packaged and intact. The package would need to be mishandled badly to break the wafer. I also want to point out that the frames that are used to display 12-inch LP vinyl records (and picture disks) are a great choice for displaying the 12-inch wafer. Great packaging!
Arrived in perfect shape, packed very well! It's beautiful! Wish I had a powerful microscope to look at it but I'll try to take some pix and add them at a later time.I searched the disk for any labels. Found something and best I can tell it is some sort of SDRAM. Looks like 55LP UAJ TOP VD7. The 55LP is probably the important info. See photo.

Expect a broken one or two
The media could not be loaded. Quite nice, but I had to buy three before I got one that wasn't shattered during shipment.I made something fun with mine.

Don’t get your hopes up.
First time I ordered, wafer and box arrived damaged and broken into many pieces. Not good. Second time I ordered, box was good but wafer was shattered. Not going to waste time on a third order.

We literally made rocks that channels lightning to think for us and we have this as proof.

Slightly Dull
The patterns are not very vibrant. I wanted to like this. But it just doesn't stand out with vivid colors. The picture is a bit deceiving. If you can make it look like the picture then you did a great job of lighting and tilting it to just the right angle to quickly make the shot before it goes back to the bright shiny single copper color.
