Better value than big box store brands. Does the function of hindering cravings or if used for other health benefits. One size does fit all, they are not huge or anything. They stay on your skin pretty much through any activity so they are durable. They are also not too noticeable on the skin due to the color.

So far they seem to be helping me. I am not using them to quit smoking but for another medical purpose and it does seem to be working.
