I have used this several times for meetings that have lasted hours as a support for my handwritten notes. I have been really impressed with the memo conversion and its AI solution provides a really good template to amend where needed. The transcript picked up the different 6 people in one meeting and it was pretty close in transcribing with only a few errors. It has saved me hours.

This device has quickly become invaluable for my work. The quality of the recordings is extremely high, but what really makes this product stand out is the excellent app and software that sit behind the hardware. The app is straightforward to use, with a wide choice of ready-made templates, and you can also design your own to suit specific needs. For example, I created a personal template for my shopping list, mapped to the layout of my local supermarket. I simply dictate my list into the PLAUD, and it reproduces it in the exact order I walk around the shop – incredibly practical. In a professional setting, I use it in every meeting, whether in person or online. It accurately records and then summarises the discussion, saving me a huge amount of time and ensuring nothing is missed. The combination of robust hardware, excellent recording quality, and the powerful, intuitive app makes this a truly outstanding tool for both work and everyday life.

Its pretty good. I have cognitive issues with working memory and the device itself is a game changer. It has literally improved my day to day life helping me record and summerise thoughts and conversations. I would give 5 stars but the plastic wrist strap that i bought at an additional £19.99 is poor quality and should in my opinion be included when you buy the device. I say device in my own case I found it so useful that I have the Note and Note pin hence the wrist strap. Both devices function extremely well in different environments. The yearly cost is prohibitive and I imagine Apple or Samsung devices like watches and phones will probably included this functionality as standard soon if not already. For me its a great product but plaud need to look at the quality of the accessories and fine tune the yearly fees. There should be options for business users, disabled users, student users with different discounts available. Also a monthly recurring model would be less prohibitive than the current pay a full year in advance offer.

This voice recorder is excellent of itself but the transcription is surprisingly accurate. Then the AI summary is quite amazing. It is staggering how it manages to identify key facts and then format them in a coherent manner - even from a seemingly incoherent stream. of thought! The battery seems to last for a goodly length of time and the ease of storage in its own holder magnetically attached to the iPhone is fantastic. The software for transcription etc is easily downloaded and seems to work without fuss. An excellent purchase.

Plaud Is Life Changing!! Like a lot of people I bought Plaud in a recent Prime Day promotion as I wanted to see if it would help me in meetings. Nothing special in that I hear you say. But there’s the rub. I can’t hear everything that is said in meetings as I am deaf and wear hearing aids. I attended a meeting late evening. I was tired and I knew I was not picking everything up. But I tried out my Plaud Note in the wild for the first time. And I was blown away. The upload of the recording and making it into a summary of the meeting is just fantastic. Wow!! For deaf people this is an absolute game changer. It picked up everything. Now my issue is that Plaud has just gone and released the snazzy new Plaud Pro. Will I pre order it? You can bet your boots i will. I now consider it as important as my hearing aids. AI is a game changer in recording voice notes. I am still learning the ropes of using the Plaud Note. But wow. I am stunned. The Plaud Note Pro will raise the bar even higher.

Device itself is excellent and produces great transcripts, but starting an account and signing in is way more complicated than it should be for a web based/app product. There is no help or support for anything that I have managed to find so far. Come on Plaud, step it up plaese. UPDATE....Had to return the device as it stopped pairing with the iphone & nothing we did fixed the problem. Help from Plaud was impossible to access. Watched endless youtube clips & read multiple help pages on Google but got knowhere. Really, really disappointed as it seemed like a great device to start with.

So far so good. It records a transcript, then AI generated a summary with ‘pain points’ and a list of things that need to be done. It’s small and discrete, but obviously you need to let people know that you’re recording them! I think the yearly subscription is expensive but you do get 300 free minutes each month

This was a gift for my wife last Christmas. She is a Lawyer. I guess that she should write this review but I'll give you her feedback to me on it - 8 months after the initial purchase. Basically, she can't live without it! She makes a lot of calls on her company iPhone and uses it to summarise the conversations she has with it. No more paper note taking and setting follow up action points after a call. This device does it all. It's very thin and unobtrusive and (hate to say it) it's cool. Some of her colleagues have since purchased one, having seen what it can do. My advice is this. If you make lots of calls, needs to summarise those calls and create actions points & are comfortable using AI tools - BUY IT! Good luck and I hope this review was useful.
