Omg ? I saw this film years ago and I loved the full series so I just had to have it

Please BE WARNED, this is NOT the complete V as stated in some of the reviews. It is the 19 part tv series which followed on from V and Final Battle I loved the original mini series of V when it was first on tv and despite the lower budget and slightly naff story lines of the tv series that followed I still waited up late at night to watch that too. The transfer onto dvd isn't great but what do you expect from a mid 80's tv show which was shot on video tape and which has not been remastered or cleaned up. For the first 30 seconds I was thinking "this looks poor" but then the story kicked off and I didn't mind any more. It in no way spoilt my re-enjoying of the show after so many years. If you loved it first time around you'll love it now.

Have seen a lot of the episodes & missed a lot more, so it was great to be able to watch the whole series

I remember the TV series so well and brings back memories of this fantastic series and the great theme to it. A bit like a cross between They Live and War of the Worlds.

Now have the full set, took a while to get all the set but more than worth it so very happy indeed.

Weak ending to series, too late to go back and fix it now though. Other than that a great old series with the most gorgeous villainess ever, the luscious but evil Diana (Jane Badler). Love this series from which several elements were 'borrowed' for other films/series. Gigantic flying saucer shaped alien spacecraft hovering over the world's cities, now where else have I seen that?

I haven't seen all of it yet, but I can assure you I shall be doing. It consists of 19 episodes of the second series of "V" but having read the reviews, I knew what to expect anyway! I was lucky enough to have a mate who showed me the first Series of "V" and although I hadn't seen it before, I was hooked. Dad never watched anything American in the Seventies when I was still living with my parents, so that was the reason why. My mate also warned me to get the first series, I needed to get "the Mini Series" and the "Final Battle" on DVD, which I have now got. I do feet the wording on the box "The Complete Series" is misleading. Perhaps it would be more true to say "The Second Series-Complete". Having said that, Jane Badler is the star of the V Series. Subtitles are extremely useful! It consists of 5 DVD's.

Dû à la période des fêtes , la livraison à été un peu plus longue que prévu mais vu les circonstances , ça reste très bien .. Le coffret 5 dvd ( import anglais ) , est bien composé de 19 épisodes en audio français !!! , sauf que pour le 1er dvd , il faut sélectionner dans le choix des langues Audio : ( la Belgique ) , ce qui vous donneras le son en Français , pour les autres dvd , la langue Vf s'est faite automatiquement . Dvd neuf , image très bonne et le son idem , alors que ça n'as pas été restauré . A retenir : ce coffret de 5 dvd n'est pas la série complète comme l'indique le titre !! , ce n'est que la suite et fin de la Mini-Série original ( l'arrivé des Visiteurs ) , suivi de la bataille final , puis arrive ce coffret pour complété le tout . Sur ce , je vous recommande ce dernier volet de cette super série V . Pour les nostalgiques et pour tout ce qui voudront la découvrir . cordialement , S .

Bravo. Ça DVD, venant de la France a besoin d’un lecteur DVD Multi région . Le format Carré de ce DVD devra s’adapter à votre téléviseur intelligente image non blu ray mais que de souvenirs avec cette merveilleuse série V

Jag blev besviken på denna produkt. Den första omgången av serien finns inte med.

The final battle and the original mini series are on blu-ray. Why not this one...... I'm just sad.
