Works perfectly.
Works perfectly. I "clicked" it onto my Ridgid handheld battery tire pump (set up for Schraeder) and used it for my tubeless Presta bike tires - worked exactly as hoped. Plus it weighs almost nothing - if I were on a long distance ride I would definitely throw this in my pack so I could get easy air at any gas station that had regular Schraeder fittings. You never know when you may lose your pump, have it stolen, or have it fail on you and it's essential to have options. If you have Presta this is great and is a real problem solver.

Works Great
This Presta valve adapter works very well. I was looking for a quick-install Presta valve adapter so I could use the Shrader Valve air compressor I have and this one is working great. Just push the adapter on and it's ready to use. It's very lightweight (since it's aluminum) so it's easy to carry with you if you need to. Great product.

It works better than the universal head.
So far it works great. The whole set up is a little bulky, having this unit attached to the universal head. Additionally, if attached to a pressure gauge will only show the tire pressure if air is added. But its worth the cost of not leaking and being easy to attach to the presta valve.

YOU'LL PROBABLY RETURN THIS!
OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET - IF YOU REALLY RECEIVE A COMPLETE ITEM. I ordered the Prestacycle Big Presta Head. It arrived as a shell only - missing parts. Considering the price you'd think that Prestacycle would have better QC, or at least respond to my efforts to get the missing parts. Nope.I bought this to make a complete Presta tire inflator with some inexpensive made-in-china parts. The complete Prestacycle Presta tire inflator is way too expensive for what you get. In fact, I had one and the hose disintegrated. I was buying made-in-china parts to make my own and avoid the lousy Prestacycle version. I know not everyone is a DIY-er, but avoiding overpriced and defective Prestacycle parts is the way to go!By the way, I tried to contact Prestacycle for the parts to make it whole. There is no phone # on their website. So twice I used the only communication they offer - an online form. Twice I was ignored. DEAD SILENCE! Overpriced products and zero customer service? Look elsewhere.

Works like a charm
I pump my bicycle tires before every ride because I know how important it is to have proper tire pressure, not only for performance but also to avoid flats and tire failure. Back in the day, I used to use a Silca Track Pump that had a similar head, which was super easy to use, and worked very well. Prestacycle EZ-Grip Big Presta Head with the Urethane Elastomer gasket is just as easy to use, but it seals better, and I think the gasket will last longer. I have been using it for almost three months now and couldn't be happier. I have used many pump heads over the years, but I'll stick with this one from now on.

It works, but the inner "putty" or gasket wears out too quick
So this has some sort of soft "putty" which is supposed to hug the valve stem when it's inserted. The thing is, after a couple dozen insertions, it loses its shape and no longer creates a good seal. I thought of some ways to replace it, and came up with this solution: Go to homedepot and in the sink/faucet section, pick up a pack of 3/8" diameter washers. 3/8" OD is a bit large, so i put it on a drill bit and sanded it down until it fit (it helps if you sand a slight taper while doing so). I replaced the cap and gave it a try. It's a snug fit and some stems might be difficult to pull off, but it seems to work fine. I can't gauge long-term usage, but if the washer goes bad, I'll just replace it (a 10-pack of washers is around $2.50). Give it a try!

Handy & Functional
I use it with a Ryobi battery powered pump. Makes it easier to get the low pressures I want on my eMTB bike's tires.

If you need it then…
I recently purchased an Lithium powered air pump. Since all my bikes have presta valves and the air pump, naturally, has a Schrader chuck I need an adapter. I got some cheap adapters but they didn’t work at all. The air just leaked and also those adapters managed to unscrew the valve core. Nice. They just weren’t long enough for the chuck to grip. This one works great! It was more than I wanted to spend but cheap is no good if it doesn’t work.
