Works. Plug-and-play, no drivers needed on Windows 11. And it's not RS232 serial like the stock cables, so I don't need a separate adapter. No complaints.

This cable worked exactly as expected. I used it to connect to a network switch that was no longer loading the user interface and was completely inaccessible through normal management methods.
