The best Bond film ever
No Bond film has ever matched this one. It follows Ian Fleming's original novel accurately with all the action believable. Sean Connery is the best James Bond ever. Daniela Bianchi looked beautiful wearing the black choker featured in the book. Robert Shaw played a convincing villain and all the other actors were great too.

This exciting film is worth watching, but very dated
I watched this film for mainly nostalgic reasons, and still enjoy it. but what was avant gard at the time it was made is now commonplace. I very much like the clothes and wish we still dresses like that!

What's not to like? Sean Connery at his Bond-tastic best!
2nd in the series of the Sean Connery James Bond movies, but, in my opinion, one of his best roles.

Gritty 007 at his best.
I enjoy the books above the films. However, I still enjoy most of the film presentations of James Bond. This particular one is up there and keeps that old novel retro feel about it. A very good thriller indeed.
