Lovely
This is one of the best cushion foundations I have used! It's not too heavy but still covers what I need it to. Being really pale and more cool toned I worry about getting the correct color when ordering new products online but this blended perfectly for me and wasn't orange-y! Only thing that could be improved on was the cushion. Sometimes the edges left lines. But I have ben spoiled by my Pony Effect cushion. This is a much better price point for me though and the pony effect cushion I love is no longer being sold so this is a decent replacement!

Gorgeous!
Oh, this stuff is beautiful! It goes on light and creamy, dries to a powdery matte finish, and gives that blurred look that makes skin look flawless. I was shocked at what a difference a few pats of this makes as a finishing layer. Usually I have to really powder down to get rid of shine and smooth things out, but just a few pats and things looked lovely and smooth. I also love that it came off easily without much fuss with my usual cold cream, and I didn't have to scrub like I do when I powder hard and use setting spray.

Nice Foundation
I really like the packaging, container, application sponge and design. Very sleek and elegant. Nice to have a mirror included. Good to go in purse for touch ups. Easy to apply and gives solid buildable coverage while still feeling quite light. Nice matte finish. Covers areas of discoloration well. It would have a perfect score - but I am not a fan of the scent. It feels a little antiseptic. Performance is good and it is long lasting.

Beautiful Creamy Smoothing Formula
This Amuse SEOUL Ceramic Skin Perfector Cushion Foundation applies smoothly and blends beautifully to create a natural finish that corrects tone and mattifies oily patches. The formula feels slightly cool/damp on application but dries quickly and acts similar to a powder once dried with no tacky feeling. The color is pretty accurate to the listing as a pale tone with pink undertones and works really well for my winter skin or in the summer if I am wanting to be one shade lighter than usual for a specific look (for example, I used this foundation for a Femme Fatale costume look for a costume party to great effect, as it countered my summer tan and really allowed my smokey sultry eyeshadow and red lips to pop without looking unnaturally pale).

Perfect shade match for my very fair, very cool, muted skin & great formula even on my dry skin!
This comes in a nice outer product box. It’s made in Korea. Ingredients are listed in English. There’s an expiration date listed. It says it’s vegan and hypoallergenic. There’s no refill included. This claimed the compact had a “new iconic design with a compact pebble design that fits in one hand.” I’m not sure what a “compact pebble design is,” but it’s definitely a really nice looking compact. It’s plastic - white with like a clear kind of cover over it, which is nice because I’m never usually a fan of white compacts since they can easily get dirty and not always clean up so nicely, so I liked this had that kind of clear covering that will not get stained and wipe clean easily. It’s slim and not bulky at all (unlike a lot of other cushion foundations), which I LOVE! There’s a lot of cushion foundations I’ve really enjoyed, but I always hate how bulky the compacts are. So I was really happy this one has a nice slim compact! It has the standard kind of shelf holding a sponge that covers the cushion foundation part. When you lift the shelf, there’s a protective cover over the cushion. Make sure to always push down the shelf part completely so the cushion doesn’t dry out. It still will dry out over time, but making sure it is closed completely helps keep it from drying out as long as possible. I also like to keep my protective seal cover on there. I pull it back so it’s out of the way and then place it back over it before closing the shelf cover. Since I started doing that with all my cushion foundations, they’ve lasted a lot longer without having them start to dry out!I got 01 Porcelain, which was described as a cool base. I’m fair and very cool toned, but also muted/desaturated. So it’s hard finding a good shade match, let alone a perfect shade match. I’ve only ever found 1 perfect shade match - Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream in #13 - it’s fair enough for me and cool toned, yet muted so it matches me perfectly. But now this shade matches me perfectly too! So now I have 2 perfect shade matches! This is fair enough for me, cool toned enough but also muted enough where it works well for me. While it’s cool toned, it isn’t extremely pink like many cool toned foundations are - they’re overly saturated, being way too pink - and even though I’m very cool toned, I’m also muted, so extremely pink foundations aren’t perfect matches for me. This is an absolutely perfect match that just blends in and disappears completely into my skin! (I show swatches of this on its own - 1 swipe to show the shade and then 1 swipe blended out with finger to show the shade once blended - and show swatches of it compared to Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream in #13 - 1 swipe of each and 1 swipe blended out with finger for each). Once I found that out, I was REALLY hoping I actually liked the formula of it too! This applies easily. As claimed, this is a lightweight formula that lets the skin breathe. It doesn’t feel thick or heavy on the skin at all, but still gives good coverage. It has buildable coverage. I can apply a very thin layer of this and get light to medium coverage (covers my redness and post acne marks, but does not cover my hyperpigmentation from sun spots). I can build this up in areas I need more coverage (my hyperpigmentation) and get full coverage. Even in the areas I build it up in, it still looks very thin and natural on the skin. I have applied it with the included applicator as well as my own brush and sponge. All of them applied it nicely. I feel like with the included applicator, it really presses into the skin nicely and makes it look really smooth and natural even when I build it up more in certain areas. I just very lightly press the applicator into cushion and then I take the applicator and kind of press it onto the back of the shelf/cover to make sure the foundation is evenly on the applicator. Then I take the applicator and press it into the skin. I don’t swipe or pull at all. I just press it along as I go. With a regular damp beauty sponge, it applies a lot more sheer. I’d say it’s more of a light coverage then. With a brush, it gives full coverage, but it can sometimes not look as smooth and natural on the skin as when applied with the included applicator.I have dry skin, how dry changes depending on the weather. When it’s warmer, my skin is more dry to normal and when it’s cold, my skin is dry to extremely dry. I prefer not to have to set my foundations with powder. It just ends up making my skin look and feel even drier, and usually causes my makeup to look and feel dry and cakey as the day goes on. With my dry skin, you’d think I’d prefer more hydrating foundations with dewy/glowy finishes. But, unless my skin is extremely dry, those usually need set with powder to last for my full 12+ hour shift without wearing down too much or breaking apart in certain areas. So, I tend to go more for natural or semi-matte finishes. As long as the formula isn’t drying, semi-matte formulas can still work well on my dry skin. I just need to prep my skin well, and since semi-matte should set on its own, I don’t usually need to apply powder. With this, it does set on its own giving a semi-matte finish. It doesn’t look flat or dry on the skin. It leaves the skin looking nice and smooth. This claimed the “tightly adhering formula ensures a flawless finish without settling into fine lines.” I do feel it lives up to that. It gives nice coverage with a thin layer and built up with thin layers, it gives a smooth finish that doesn’t settle into fine lines or pores. It doesn’t look heavy or cakey anywhere. It even looks good around my more textured areas. It claims to last 24-hours without breaking down. I haven’t worn it for 24 hours so I can’t say if it fully lives up to that. But, it lasts all day through my 12+ hour shift running around like crazy. And that’s without being set with powder and only using a setting spray to set it.This claims it has 76% skincare ingredients prevent dryness and make skin comfortable every day. Skin caring ingredients include “tomato extract, ceramide 8-plex peptide, hyaluronic acid, and collagen.”This does have some good ingredients. It has a lot of emollients, some brightening ingredients, antioxidants, cell-communicating ingredients (help our skin, like retinol or peptides - in this case of this foundation, it has niacinamide, adenosine, phytosphingosine, and acetyl hexapeptide-8), skin-identical ingredients (ingredients that are naturally found in the skin or mimic things that are found in the skin naturally. There’s natural moisturizing factors found in our skin cells that help our skin bind water and glycerin and hyaluronic acid are well known for this and there’s stratum corneum lipids that are importantly in having a healthy skin barrier and these include ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids), there’s moisturizing/humectant ingredients, and antimicrobial/antibacterial ingredients. For more info on specific ingredients, I included the full ingredient list at the end of my review. As for this being 76% skincare ingredients, that’s hard to tell. A lot of people feel the ingredients that have the most impact in a product are the first few (like first 5) ingredients. I personally don’t always see it that way. With makeup, I think a lot of the time, the first few ingredients are going to be what make up the consistency and basic make-up of the product and then after that there can be additional beneficial ingredients. Some ingredients need to be in higher concentrations to be effective, so those we would want to see high up on the ingredient list. But others, like retinol, can be very effective at low concentrations so it’s not surprising to see them far down the ingredient list. Since this is a foundation and not a skin-care product, I’d expect to see most of the initial ingredients to be what makes up a foundation - what makes up the basic formula of a foundation - and then after that, I’d expect to see beneficial skin care ingredients. That’s why I don’t look to my makeup to provide me with skin care benefits. I know a lot of brands are focusing on skin-care infused makeup these days. But to me, I’ll stick to my skin care products for my skin care benefits and my makeup products for my makeup. If my makeup has some additional beneficial skin care ingredients in it, great, but if they aren’t the main ingredients it isn’t a big deal to me. So, saying that this is 76% skincare ingredients, then I guess that would mean 24% is what makes up the formula of the foundation? Looking at the ingredient list, I don’t know if I’d consider this as having 76% skincare ingredients. But, I guess that depends really on what specifically one looks at as skincare ingredients. It does have some ingredients that can be great for the skin, but a lot of those, including the ones they list as the “skin caring ingredients” in the description, are at the very bottom of the ingredient list - vitamin E, jojoba seed oil, moringa seed oil, squalane, sodium hyaluronate, tomato fruit extract, ceramide NP, phytosphingosine, hydrogenated lecithin, linolenic acid, soluble collagen, acetyl hexapeptide-8.This says it has SPF 40 PA++. Looking at the ingredients, it seems like the only sunscreen ingredient in this is titanium dioxide, which is the 2nd ingredient. I didn’t see any other sunscreen ingredients - chemical or mineral. I didn’t even see any hidden chemical filters that a lot of brands add. Compared to zinc oxide, titanium dioxide is as effective blocking UVB rays, but it is a little less effective for short UVA rays and almost completely ineffective against long UVA days. So, titanium dioxide isn’t as good as zinc oxide for broad-spectrum coverage. Products that rely solely on titanium dioxide as an active ingredient will allow significant UVA damage while effectively preventing UVB rays from giving the user any natural cues to get out of the sun.Thankfully, I don’t ever look to my foundation to work as my SPF. Nobody really should. You’re usually not going to apply anywhere close to enough to get the stated SPF (1/4 teaspoon for your face alone or 1/2 teaspoon for face and neck combined). If you were to apply enough, usually it would end up being pretty heavy/cakey on the skin (but, of course, that depends on the foundation, how sheer/thick it is, coverage, etc.). But, generally, its best to use a separate sunscreen for your protection from the sun, and a foundation with SPF is just some additional protection.Overall, I really love this! The shade match is perfection. The formula is great. It’s easy to work with and it’s so light on the skin and looks smooth, while still giving me great coverage, and it lasts all day for me without having to set it with powder at all. It’s really a perfect fit for me! If you’re like me and like a foundation that sets down on its own but won’t look or feel dry on the skin and want something with good coverage that looks and feels lightweight and smooth on the skin, then I’d definitely recommend trying this!INGREDIENTSWater, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Cyclopentasiloxane, Propanediol, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone, Methyl Trimethicone, Lauryl PEG-10 Tris(Trimethylsiloxy)silylethyl Dimethicone, Hydrogenated Poly(C6-14 Olefin), Niacinamide, Trisiloxane, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Dimethicone, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, Isododecane, Disteardimonium Hectorite, HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer, CI 77492, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Stearic Acid, Alumina, Aluminum Hydroxide, Glyceryl Caprylate, Lauroyl Lysine, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Iron Oxides (CI 77491), Iron Oxides (CI 77492), Chitosan, Fragrance(Parfum), Lecithin, Glycolipids, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Isopropyl Myristate, Isostearic Acid, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Adenosine, Polyglyceryl-3, Polyricinoleate, Silica, Bis-Hydroxyethoxypropyl Dimethicone/IPDI Copolymer Ethylcarbamate, Isostearyl Alcohol, Tocopherol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Squalane, Sodium Hyaluronate, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Extract, Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Linolenic Acid, Soluble Collagen, Caprylyl Glycol, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8
