Great machine
This is a great glute machine. It’s easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable and easy to use. It’s a glute machine but with creativity, you can do various workouts. It’s sized right for my in home gym and it’s a great value for the money.

Fired my booty right up
Only 4 stars because the holes were not lined up. However, as soon as it was built, i put it to the test. 225# of weight, i used a yoga mat for more cushion on my back, and to my surprise, the machine held. The foot rest helped target my glutes, and i kid you not, my booty was on fire!

Great alternative to barbell glute bridges
I ordered this product because I was curious how it would stack up against using a barbell to do glute bridge exercises. Assembling the product took about 15 minutes. All of the necessary hardware was included in the kit. There are a few different bands that vary in intensity level. I started by resting my back against the back rest. I then chained the belt from one side to the other and put my feet down on the foot petals. It is very important to make sure that the belt is in the right position on your body. The correct position is just over the groin area so I made sure everything was lined up before I gave it a go. I lifted my hips up and gave a very good squeeze of the glutes at the top of the movement. Let me tell you that after about 20 reps, I could really feel the burn. Using this machine instead of the barbell is a bit safer because you are not dealing with heavyweights. The backrest is not a hard surface so my back was not in pain during the movements. There are not a whole bunch of different exercises that can be done using this machine. This product is designed specifically to target the glutes, so in terms of versatility, it is a bit more limited to one action. When the machine is fully laid out on the floor, it takes up quite a bit of space. To maximize the space on my floor plan, I simply flip it vertically and roll it against the wall. That’s another great feature I’d love to mention is the wheels on one side. The machine does not slide around and it is very stable during my exercise motions.

All parts don’t fit
There are pieces that don’t line up. Difficult to put together.

This is a very nice hip thruster machine. The size isn’t too big and it was easy to put together. It works wonderful as well

Good for home
The UKIA hip thrust machine arrived as described. This makes a good addition to our home gym. It is easy to use and sturdy, but limited in weight capacity. My partner uses it with resistance bands and gets in a good glute range and workout.

Very poor quality
The media could not be loaded. I'm super disappointed with this hip thrust device.. The quality control on the pieces is very poor. Holes do not line up. I was unable to bolt this thing up in several places. The 2-ft pads are not inclined enough to really give you something to push yourself off of and stabilize your car. The bands that come with this are very hard to get underneath Aunt impossible. This thing should have handles on the sides of it to hold on to but does not. So when you're done with your set and are tired, you basically have to roll off onto the ground. It's not stable because the holes don't line up and I can only secure one of the two posts for the backrest. The backrest padding is very hard. Overall, this entire piece of equipment is terrible and I do not recommend it.

Work Those Buns
I have a full sized, plate loaded version of this thrust machine too. While I love my plate loaded one, this version has a lot of good things about it. For example, you don’t need to buy weights because of the resistance bands and the fact that it’s so light in weight that you could move it out of the way when you’re not using it. I’m 5’10” at 205lbs and it feels pretty sturdy to me. I’ll admit that it’s not as comfortable but given the lower price and smaller footprint I like it a little bit better.
