Vizomax 55 inch TV Screen Protector for LCD, LED, OLED & QLED 4K HDTV

I want to amend my review since I first posted it in early 2018. The protector is now 2.5 years old and still has protected the original TV set since we first purchased it. The only negative comment is that the adhesive tabs that hold the screen to TV wear out and if you have the TV at an angle, the screen will separate itself. Other than that, we are very happy with the product. When our son's grandchild is starting to walk, will probably purchase another protector for their TV. I will start out like so many reviews I read prior to purchase to say I am a grandpa to young active triplet grandchildren. After going through two early plasma TVs, I wanted to provide protection before installing a third TV. In searching Amazon and other websites, I saw this product and read the reviews. I agree with many of the positive comments I had previously read. We (son in law and I) installed it over the Xmas holidays. It was easy to install as we did not have to do any trim. It appears to be functioning as designed and it definitely does not interfere with the viewing. I believe it to be a very good product and I have referenced it to several of my friends who children have young children. In addition to the product I want to add the customer service was fantastic. I received an email soon after purchasing it with comments as to contact them if I have any questions or concerns. About a week later another followup email asking if I enjoyed the product and if I have any questions. In writing to them I received an immediate response showing they really read email content and respond accordingly. Update - 2.5 years later (Aug 2020) - Still going strong and still agree with my initial rating of 5 stars. The screen is still clear and people can watch the TV without glare. The only negative I have is the sticky cushions which makes the screen adhere to the TV fails over time and needs to be replaced. Other than that still protecting very well.

It very sturdy against things that my 4 and 6 years old throw at it. Such as remote control, a yoga ball, car toys, and water gun. Its a headache trying to prevent these things but I cant say for sure this screen protector is legit and surprisingly good!!

OMG, this is by far the best purchase of my life. My 3-year-old has broken four brand new TVs in less than a year. It's been about 3 months and my TV is still working perfectly. I know it a little pricey but it's definitely way cheaper than having to buy another TV. It was super easy to put on and you can't even tell that it's there unless you look from the sides. There's no glare or anything. I have a 40-in TV and it fits perfect with a little room on each side.

If I could afford it, there would be one of these on every television in the house. This thing has save a TV so many times. It is on it's 3rd TV now. Every time one fails, we move it to the new replacement TV. Sadly, armor cannot stop LED failures, or Power supply failures, but it has stoped baseballs, a basketball, a toy truck, and a football. Well worth the purchase, though the toy truck left a scratch in the armor.

This screen protector is lovely!!!!!!!!!! it has a nice light brown, tint to it ..immediaely it took the super bright away , makes it easy on the eyes for sure!!!!!!!!!! easy to install.....love that my new tv will be pretty for a long time !!!!!!!!!!! and the velcroe tapes are strong , and it it is a nice hard acrylic that holds nice and snug to tv ....the arylic is stron so no scratches here to see

Works on my thin 65” Samsung S95F, no problem, leave the blocks off if it’s mounted, no point in raising the protector up. Also keep in mind it’s supposed to have a small gap, pressing the screen would block ventilation, you don’t want it pressed right rather: even, stable, and slightly off the panel. The biggest thing for me is I was really enjoying the glare free matte finish of this line of Samsung TVs. The glare situation with this protector attached can not be overstated, it’s basically a mirror, not the worst when the picture is going but I’m in a sunny room, and I think having a glare free TV underneath helps. It’s a tradeoff, like most things, I really don’t think there’s a better choice to protect my TV, and that’s the goal.

This was packaged extremely well, I was impressed. It looks good, installation is straight forward, and easy. The one slight irk I have is that its about 1.5"ish overlap on each side (tv is a 42" OLED), and I realise this is a 42" - 43" sized protector. I'd be over the moon with this if it was a perfect fit, but overall it worked out and is very well made.

My toddler broke two tvs before buying this, now this is totally childproof. Perfect for on the move too as we had to pack for a new home too.

My son is three and has Autism and loves touching our tv. We can't mount it on the wall so this is our other choice. It is thick plastic that sits nicely on our Tv and protects the screen. Even though it is expensive, I would rather pay the price then buy a new tv. It works and I'm happy!

We bought this primarily to add some protection after our autistic son accidently broke the screen on our new UHD 4K TV by tapping on it. We did have one before but it was quite ugly and overhung the edges. This one fits perfectly so that you don't even notice it is on. The anti-UV quality seems to actually enhance the picture quality too. Would recommend to anyone who wants some extra "protection" to their new TV.

I read so many positive reviews and had to laugh because a lot of them start the way this one will-My child with special needs broke my expensive beautiful TV screen and I didn’t want it to happen to the new one. 😂To be fair, she gently tapped a toy against the screen-that’s all it took to ruin half the screen. This protector is expensive and I had to pay a lot for overseas shipping to Singapore. After I placed the order, I read reviews of many of these protectors arriving cracked and broken-which would’ve been a real pain as I am overseas. Thankfully mine arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to put on the tv. My tv is wall mounted with a very slight downward tilt. I was able to use some of the adhesive to make it work with the tilting. I hope this will really protect my tv if it’s ever hit again. I think it will, I have high hopes anyway. PS. There is a bit of a glare as other reviews have pointed out. But it is really not bad and at night you can’t even tell it’s on there. It’s not perfect, but i will take the slight glare if it saves my TV.

This is a great product. Wish I knew about it before my autistic 6yr old broke the first TV two years ago...wish it arrived before he broke the 4th. At least it has succeeded in keeping him from breaking our current TV.

After two broken TVs in less than one year, your toddler will not be able to break another one after installing this. Easy to install and It sites flushed against the TV with little extra hanging below, you can barely notice it even if you have one with a narrow frame like our 55" Samsung Q60R, put in mind that I have a third party stand, if I use the two legs that comes with the TV then I have to use the spacers underneath the curved portion of the protector to raise it up and prevent it from sitting against the legs instead of the TV. My only complaint is the glair when it's bright in the room but I have the TV set on max brightness and got used to it after a while.
