Actualmente tengo dos sistemas de alarmas colocados este y otro de una marca diferente, pros y contras, pro te envía notificación cuando se abre una ventana o puerta, contra, la alarma no suena muy fuerte. El otro que tengo de otra marca tiene el pro de que suena fuerte pero no manda notificaciones, así que yo tengo los dos instalados. Importante: la alarma que suena viene de la central de control no de las alarmas individuales

Yiseele YX-700 I used the alarm in a garden office which had a pre-existing WiFi system present. You have to download the Tuya Smart app from the App Store in order to set up the alarm but it is pretty straightforward to do. The installation of the detectors is made a lot simpler if you initially remove all of the existing listed accessories by swiping left. Then press the + icon to add each of the detectors sequentially. Turn on the detector using the switch on the motherboard then press the button on the front of the detector. The blue light comes on and the main unit recognises the detector. You can then edit the name of the detector so that they are easy to identify – ‘Main Door’, Rear Window’ ‘Side Window’ etc. You can then do the same with the two remote controls (there is no need to activate on the remote’s motherboard). The adhesive pads for the detectors are very good – they do not need to be attached with screws to be secure. The remotes work close to the main alarm unit but the app allows you to turn the alarm on and off and alter the entry and exit delay and the level of the alarm (High, Low, Mute) – all via WiFi. This is a simple but highly effective alarm that can be extended as needed and is very good value.

Alarme très simple mais c'est ce que je cherchais, et pour le prix la qualité est hyper correcte, même la doc en français est bien meilleure que de nombreux produits chinois. De simples détecteurs d'ouverture, additionné d'une simple caméra IP (Tapo) et pour moins de 200€ la protection de la maison est basique mais ça évite au moins les mauvaises surprises. L'installation est hyper simple, l'ajout de détecteurs supplémentaires également (ceux livrés sont déjà pré-configurés !). Je recommande bien entendu les détecteurs additionnels de la même marque, si besoin. L'interface dans Tuya est très claire et propose pas mal d'options (voir mes captures). Je redoutais que le système de "zones" soit trop basique mais en fait c'est parfait pour moi et les zones des détecteurs sont rapides à changer pour adapter le comportement de l'alarme au besoin. Le texte explicatif (que l'on voit sur la capture) aide bien à appréhender le comportement des zones. Point important : il faut nommer vos détecteurs pour pouvoir savoir, via l'historique, lequel a déclenché l'alarme. La sirène incluse dans l'alarme est faible mais la marque commercialise une sirène séparée (personnellement je trouve ça inutile, je préfère une alerte silencieuse me permettant de voir les instrus sur la caméra). Point positif le boîtier de l'alarme propose même une fonction de protection si quelqu'un tente de la décrocher du mur. Je l'ai pour ma part cachée à l'intérieur d'un placard, lui même protégé avec un détecteur d'ouverture. Point à ne pas négliger : la connectivité internet est primordiale. Donc assurez-vous que votre wifi est constamment disponible et stable. Je crois que cette alarme propose d'utiliser une carte SIM mais je n'ai pas trouvé d'information dans la doc. À noter que l'interaction avec Google Assistant via Tuya est très limitée (on voit uniquement l'alarme et on ne peut pas interagir avec dans GA). Personnellement ça ne me gène pas car je veux garder mon système d'alarme indépendant pour plus de sécurité. Petit point à améliorer selon moi : pouvoir planifier le désarmement/réarmement via un calendrier, c'est possible actuellement de le faire mais via des horaires uniquement (et un répétition sur la semaine), donc pas sur des jours précis. Dans mon cas où une personne est venue à la maison en notre absence, j'aurais aimé pouvoir anticiper ses venues sur toute la durée des vacances.

Now that I've owned this for a few weeks, I can say that I'm happy with my purchase. The one thing I wish this kit had was more sensors but I'm being told more will be made available soon. As others have pointed out, this system will not alert authorities. What it will do is alert your phone as long as the hub is connected to the internet as well as hopefully scare off any potential intruder. It is the 2nd best thing next to having an actual monitored security system. At a minimum, it gives me a bit more peace of mind. I will have to wait to see how long the batteries on the sensors last but replacement seems easy enough. For the price though, I currently do not have anything bad to say. I will have to wait to see how this holds up overtime but so far so good with no complaints!
