It is because of his lectures that I have purchased this amazing product. Dr. Berg emphasizes the importance of combining vitamin K2 with vitamin D3 in order for D3 to maximize the full range of its immune support functions. Dr. Berg also includes magnesium, zinc, the natural form of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxol 5 Phosphate) and other therapeutic compounds in his formula. These vitamins, minerals and compounds also all work together in order to promote the maximum immune support benefits of the sunshine vitamin D. Excellent source of Vitamin D, it has the cofactors to make the vitamin D absorb and work well. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste or smell. My whole family takes this and we plan on continuing to use this excellent product.
