Decking tape
I found this product to be perfect for my needs. The tape adhesive is excellent and attaches to the wood with ease. Whether it will stop the wood from rotting only time will tell. However the product looks and feels good and is easy to apply, so suits my needs.

Decking tape
Liked the tape but was a bit dissapointed that it did not stick quite as well as I had hoped.

Put this tape on last year, still looks brand-new
You get what you pay for and this tape is top quality tape, the best I’ve ever used and I have fitted probably 15 decks over the last few years. But I had to lift some decking for a repair and checked this tape and it was still like it was only put on yesterday, even though I had fitted it 16 months earlier. For me, it is top-notch stuff. Yes its probably a bit fiddly to put on, but that’s because its got good adhesion and doing this type of job is usually a bit fiddly anyway.

Good joist tape
Very good elastic and very sticky tape. The clear backing strips off easily compared to another make that I purchased. Bought a second lot of this one!

Probably the best decking tape on the market

Fit for purpose. Hard to position boards due to thickness.
Was good but compared with other more expensive joist tapes it wasn’t great. It was thick and soft and made positioning, decking boards on top, difficult. I am certain it will serve its purpose of protecting the joists from moisture between deck board and joist.

Really happy with the tape. I am a repeat buyer too. It's pretty strong with good adhesion. Used bitumen primer where extra protection was required.

Fantastic! Highly recommended. Let’s hope it keeps the water out to prolong the life of our decking!
