The makeup remover is good but the exfoliator is fantastic and is probably the best I've used. It feels like fine, grainy sand and it's not sharp or rough on my skin. I'm 28 years old and my face looks perky and fresh after using it.The pumps are the only thing I don't like because you have to press them several times to get enough product out. So I wish that was better but the bottle is a cool design.I wash my face every day and I use this 2-3 times a week. I have a combination of oily/very dry skin and it's sensitive to most products but I haven't had a negative reaction

This cleanser provides dual effects at the same time. It removes impurities, dirt and oil while gently exfoliate the skin. It features creamy and grainy texture, and leaves my skin feel fresh and smooth. I have normal skin and this cleanser works great for me. But I only use it twice a weeks due to its exfoliation effect. I dont recommend using this type of cleanser on a daily basis as it might be too much for your skin.

Ordered 3 bottles from this brand.I’m a man but I’ve had my best friend (woman) test it too.Her feedback is that these are among the best cleanser she’s ever used. No skin reaction, cleans really well. Very subtle but lovely scent.My feedback is that these are definitely the best face cleansers I’ve ever used. Granted, I skip the makeup cleanser step.My method is: I wash my face with just water, apply a bit of product and spread it across the face. I then take a face cloth, run it through hot water and twist the cloth to remove excess water and then lather up the cleanser on my face using the cloth. When I’m happy with the results I rinse and apply my regular cream/serum combo.I know it’s a bit expensive for a cleanser but the results speak for themselves and in my case I’d happily recommend it for men as well as women.

The DuoCleanse & Brighten face cleanser is a dual-step cleanser meant to help act as a makeup remover and brightening cleanser. It arrived packaged in a simple box.The tube is an interesting design style, where it’s split into two sections; one being the gentle cleanser to help remove makeup, and the second being the brightening cleanser. They have their own pump dispenser, and the point it to start with the gentle cleanser (labelled 1), applying with your fingers or a cloth, before washing. You then use the brightening cleanser (labelled 2) in pretty much the same fashion. It says to follow a "routine" and recommends Hydraglo, and CloudCream as steps 3 and 4, respectively, but these are not provided.The texture is more of a cream cleanser and I'm not sure I'm a fan as I don't think it spreads well on my skin. The water from your hands or the cloth, I feel, waters it down and doesn't make it as effective. The cleanser does remove makeup, but it's not ground-breaking when a makeup remover actually does what its supposed to. The brightening cleanser is very much more of a creamy substance as well, but I did find that my skin dried up quickly and I had to apply more face cream than normal. I also didn't feel like my skin was cleansed properly and I sadly did end up breaking out in a couple of spots. I think this was down to the double cleansing/washing, and I think this ultimately ended up stripping away far more on my skin than was necessary.I also wasn't a fan of the scent - it smelled almost a little chemically to me.I'm not sure I'd be keen to pay £32.00 (as priced at time of review). That's £16 per 100ml and it feels pricey for what you get.

This one a made-in-Korea product with an integrated design, one bottle but has two compartments, each with its own pump. This actually is a save-space design. One serves cleaning and makeup removal purposes whereas the other one serves the exfoliating function. I sometimes use only the cleaning and makeup removal compartments, and I will use both once or twice a week. I normally wear light makeup with no mascara, I find the cleaning and makeup part performs well on this. My skin is quite sensitive and this one brings no irritation to me at all, I can use with confidence. For the exfoliating part, I have a little suggestion: make sure you close your eyes tight as the exfoliating particles are so fine that it is easy to get into eyes if I didn't shut them tight enough. I feel my skin is clean after using it but not dry at all. Smooth and silky especially after doing the exfoliation. I only need to use a 20p coin size each time therefore this one will last me at least 3 months before I need to purchase a new one. Price is £32 for 200ml at the time of review, given that it is 100ml of cleansing and 100ml of exfoliation, price is reasonable.

Another product by Aimee I really like! What a cool-looking bottle, and it’s so convenient to have both cleansers together for an easier night-time routine. The brand/packaging/product designers for Aimee are knocking it out of the park.The Pro B5 Step 1 cleanser was gentle, and even more thorough a make-up remover than Aimee's Fresh-Faced one. One small pump is more than enough to cleanse your entire face (I used two thinking it wouldn’t be enough and that turned out to be way too much). This one needs to be rinsed off, then followed by the Step 2 Salicylic Acid cleanser, which smelled much more 'soapy' than the previous cleanser. At first, my extremely oily T-Zone felt a little harsh or dry; I could see the difference in my blackheads immediately and my face turned a little red. But that almost immediately went away, and my face felt so clean and smooth in the end. It wasn't red at all, and my skin was so much softer even before following up with the rest of my skincare routin. Oily skin gone!
