Dumb question as I've never owned a smart phone before: Can I make/receive calls thru these with smart phone or is it just for listening to music?

This will pair with anything that uses a Bluetooth audio profile, whether it is your smartphone, your non smartphone, your laptop, a tablet, maybe even any bluetooth audio transmitter? So if you are on your computer on a video call, you can use these to communicate instead of a separate microphone/speaker thingy. with Dual Connect, you do not need both earbuds or one specific one in your ear. if you feel like listening with just one year and the other ear is aware of the surroundings, you can do that. That way you will not yell on your video or phone calls and also be aware of people around you.

Is there anyway to tell when the case needs charging? does the light blink differently on the front?

Hi. I would like to answer your good question Case has blue, green and red light indicate. A blinking red light means the case has less than 25 percent left. When the case is plugged in, solid red shows when it's charging, and the light changes to green when that's complete. Last, a blue light pulses when the earbuds are charging, and it goes off when that process is complete. Thank you for your question.

Where are the extra gel tips for the earbuds? It said it comes with small medium & large! Mine only came with the pair already on the earbuds

I thought the same thing too. The extra ear buds are hidden in the top section of the box. Unfold all sections the package the ear buds came in until the package is completely flat (and ready for recycling).

• So the product has a classy look• Fits well• Battery life is good• Sound is good• Bass is a 4/5 at this price point.I wanted to give it a 5/5 however, I will deduct 1 star because it took them literally 32-34 days to ship my order.And mind you, other stuff reach me within a week. But anyway, I did not receive a rock in the package so I’m gold.If you are looking for a good pair of earbuds in this price point, don’t hesitate.

Worst product .. stopped charging after 20 days and no way to get service support don't buy...

Purchased on 26th November, after the first charge occasionally used for 20 days... started to charge after 20 days ... the red light continued to blink ... all attempts to charge the case failed... Either Amazon or the product manufacturer provided contact information... now fed up with it and planning to buy some good products from the local store.updating on 01.02.2024, I found one email ID for raising the complaint... no option for international custmer (out side the USA)... helpless ... planning to burn the product

Okayish for the price

I’ve been using this for like 3 weeks now. I did my research and was about to buy Sony one for 8000 then i convinced myself to buy the cheaper option. I wouldn’t say it is bad. If you are using only for music like me. If you want to call someone the mic is pretty bad. I hope it is not some defect on my piece. Battery is top notch. I had Apple AirPods 1 gen before comparing to it for 1/10 price I got good deal. Decent sound. Still no noice cancellation. I use it for gym or if I just to listen to something and I lost my AirPods I bought this cause it’s better to loose 1600 one and not 15000 one. And app does not support this one or the workout one. It only supports the costlier ones.

Waiting for its performance

Unable to pair more than one phone. Manual also didn't cover the same. UTube promo videos also not explains. Heard a couple of songs with this ear buds and found OK. Have to explore further in detail.
