My first batch in January were a larger tablet size and worked really well straight away. The batch just purchased are small round brown tablets with an awful smell and do not work at all. My night sweats were back immediately. Left 3 stars are first batch were so good

I've had this product for 2+ years and they were capsule shaped and reasonably easy to swallow.The latest batch are tablets almost as deep as they are wide and they make me retch each time I try to take them 🤮I will not be buying them again 😒

I'm trying natural remedies for the relief of menopause symptoms. I'd read that sage was good for hot flushes so I ordered these. The tablets are big so you need a large glass of water but I have noticed a definite reduction in both volume and intensity of the hot flushes. They have not stopped completely but they are brief and manageable. I've also noticed that the night sweats aren't as bad, again they haven't stopped completely but at least I no longer feel I'm in the ninth circle of hell every night.

I have been using these tablets for about 2 years and they have really been helping with my hot flashes, especially the night sweats. But when my most recent order arrived I was in for a shock, they've changed!!! Alot!!! They are now small round, darker and with the most awful smell, at first I thought maybe I just had a dodgy batch and so Amazon sent me a new batch, they arrived the next day but to my dismay they are still small round, darker and the awful smell than the original tablets. It has made me really nervous and unsure about using them, I tried contacting the manufacturer twice with no response!! And after reading other reviews on here it's seems others are finding the same problem as me! I will now be taking my custom elsewhere!2 stars given because the original tablets were great.
