A bloody brilliant phone, the camera is to die for. Please note it's a single physical SIM and an eSIM. I'm typing with it now

Phone was advertised as Refurbished-excellent condition, and it indeed appears to be. Phone body, screen and camera glass was pristine, there was slight wear and tear on metal body of the rear camera, but hardly visible especially when you put a case on it. Battery was charged precisely at 70% which for LiPo batteries is the ideal for long term storage of devices, after few charge cycles i can tell that it certainly holds longer than my old Pixel 6 Pro, which is what would be expected from practically a brand new product. It came with original charging cable, in plain box, and phone separately secured in protective envelope. It also came with supplier's paperwork and 12 months warranty. Even bigger surprise was that phone itself was already updated to most latest Android 16, so it was ready to go practically straight out of the box.

Phone was fine for 2 weeks before the screen went dead and it stopped charging. I tried to return the phone and that was even more difficult with horrible customer service and poor communication. They even refused to return before I contacted Amazon. Please avoid this seller at all costs. I don't usually write reviews but I have to do you avoid this seller.

Great Service and Product as described - Suggest that supplier reconsiders postage option as current method is not secure enough IMO

Bulky phone case however had it mind it would be as purchased it as it has a built it stand which helps when watching moves / shows on my phone! Good fit

Was a bit worried about getting a renewed phone but this was a pretty good deal. Item as described and the battery still lasts over a day. No original box but a new USB cable and a SIM release tool. Screen in good condition and only a few scuffs on the rear camera bezel.

Perfect, a few scratches on the back but will be covered by case. Would definitely buy again.

I've been using this phone now for at least a month. It was only classed as "good" which is actually one of the lowest quality options. Honestly, for me it looked perfect, I noticed one slight mark on the side, not visible when put in a phone case. Screen is perfect and battery is lasting me a good two days with an hour or two usage through the day. The phone itself is great for the money, no real need these days to be paying over £1000 for a phone when a "good make" phone made in the last couple of years is more than enough for most people and you can get Giffgaff(O2) or Lebara(Vodafone) rolling month SIMs for £10 or less per month which gives you more data than most of us need.

Au bout d'une heure d'utilisation du téléphone, lors du déverrouillage l'image sur l'écran bougeait dans tous les sens pendant plusieurs secondes. De plus j'ai remarqué des traces de colle au dessus l'écran et a l'arrière du téléphone. Article renvoyé et remboursement effectué par Amazon

Me encantó la compra y la rapidez de el envío el estado del teléfono es 9.8 de 10 y es que solo me faltó ser nuevo 😎😂

Muy buen teléfono, solo que a veces se sobrecalienta demasiado bajo el sol, más que otros teléfonos que he tenido, la cámara excelente, duración de la batería muy buena, no se traba, carga un poco lento, tiene carga inalámbrica y es muy rápido, cómodo y si te gusta el ecosistema de Google este te va a hacer más fácil tu día a día

El dispositivo llegó estrellado de la tapa trasera, la pantalla prácticamente es inservible, el display está totalmente negro y arriba tiene unas rayas junto con un golpe en el borde superior, prácticamente el dispositivo no es funcional. También me gustaría hacer énfasis en que llevo una semana tratando de devolver el producto pero la aplicación no me permite adjuntar los archivos y por ende no me deja hacer mi respectiva devolución. Pésimo servicio por parte de Amazon.
