It is an ideal blanket to give you warmth, protection and extra cushioning during your Yoga practice. The edges are finished with an attractive wool whip stitch and the blanket features a beautiful OM embroidery in the corner. Blankets are most commonly used during Savasana at the end of a Yoga practice, but it is equally useful as an extra cushioning layer on top of your yoga mat, if required. It can be used rolled as a substitute for a bolster in restorative poses, or to help achieve a steady and comfortable sitting position for meditation, or just for warmth during meditation.
