Excellent taste and made a noticeable difference after drinking a few 16 oz jugs of recommended mix/water. I can make 120 servings out of this small container. Even the wife loves it for her gym workouts. I haven't felt this good in months, so the ingredients have been what my body was lacking. I do 35 minutes of cardio and lift weights 5 days a week and fatigue had been a common issue even after taking the right combination of other supplements to combat body stiffness and joint pain. This is a great product. I use a scoop in a quart of water. That might be diluted too much for some, but I like the refreshing flavor. Drink it throughout the day. It helps with my water intake, but I'm not peeing it out right away because the electrolytes help me retain the water. I don't feel dehydrated like I did before. I don't know if they offer other flavors, but the fruit punch is delicious.

I got the grape flavor; the flavor is AMAZING. i put 1.5 scoops in my 32 oz water bottle. i knew it was going to taste great just by the smell. i was worried because i haven't found a flavor that i like but i will be buying this for the foreseeable future.

This electrolyte powder is absolutely delicious. The fruit pinch tastes like popsicles. It is 1/3 the cost of the prior electrolyte I was using and has Methylated B's so safe if you have the MTHFR mutation. I am a huge fan and highly recommend.

My wife refuses to drink water without electrolytes. But the brand that she was buying cost about $43 for a bottle, and it didn't last very long.
