The quality of the personalisation is fine, the service and attention to detail is horrendous.This is not engraving so if that is what you're looking for that make sure you're searching engraved specifically. It isn't advertised as such but it was an assumption I made and that's on me! This is printed text/sticker/vinyl I'm not really sure what the process is. It looks good but I'm not sure how well it will wear if it's something you want the recipient to keep for years to come.Be very specific the seller isn't great a picking up subtlety - the ad states you can have two designs on the cufflinks and if this is what you want state:Cufflink 1 - text, font etcCufflink 2 - text, font etcHowever I would advise doing the same if you want the same on both, I wrote:Cufflinks - text, font etcI received one blank cufflink and one with the persons initials on it which is not at all what I wanted.Postage was via Royal Mail and arrived a day later than promised - no tracking. This item was part of a birthday gift and it arriving late meant when I received a blank cufflink I was stuck - unhappy and having to try and fix this after the person's birthday.The communication from the seller is horrendous. They initially responded to my message when I advised that I'd asked for the same lettering on both cufflinks, they asked for a picture. I sent that and have had no contact from them since, that was May 16th. I wasn't looking for a full refund or a replacement just a partial refund for the cufflink that had been missed - due to the personalised item I know it's not returnable. I went to Amazon who messaged the seller, I was asked for yet another image which was sent, the request was denied.I contacted Amazon customer service again asking for a copy of what I had requested in the personalise box when ordering. This is not on the invoice or anywhere on the order (take a screenshot!) to appeal the decision. At this point Amazon saw the hassle, time and effort that had been spent on this and refunded me the full amount. It's worth noting that as the seller is set up as a 3rd party all communication must go to them first, only when they fail to respond or resolve the issue can you contact Amazon.I would not recommend this seller at all based entirely on their communication. I could understand a mistake with the cufflink but the response (or lack of) was just awful. If you are buying as a gift go elsewhere, they are not worth the stress. I don't write reviews often but knowing people will likely be using these as gifts for groomsmen etc I thought it might help reduce stress at what is already a stressful time.

DO NOT BUY. Seller has engraved the wrong name on my item - I have contacted them a number of time with proof and pictures and they promised to send a replacement which of course I have never received. Highly disappointed with the seller - suggest not to waste your money

Can not thank you enough, cufflinks and tie clip are well made with clear neat engraving and the box is beautifully made and a lovely memento for my best man and groomsmen on the day. Also a big thank you for getting them made and delivered to me so quickly after a previous order from someone else was cancelled very late
