Good for guitar playing nail maintenance
I got these because my soft, splitting nails have become an issue for my acoustic guitar playing. The "shape 1" pink side is a nice, rough sandpaper that is still like new after months of daily use. I understand that it's important to polish the nail to prevent snags, so I go through "Smooth 2", "Buff 3", and "Polish 4". I can't tell if they are doing anything, but apparently, they are progressively smoothing the nail. The block is a firm, spongy material that seems to work well and is comfortable to hold

Worked on Natural Nails
These nail files worked ok on my natural nails. They are made of foam material. They are very thick, so they take up more room than necessary.
