Very pleased with these elderberry supplements. Ever since we read that elderberry helps with the immune system, we have taken them daily. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave a taste in your mouth. So far so good! We haven’t had a cold or any sickness in many months!

So far it has been an excellent purchase and meets all of my requirements.

I bought it to aid in sleep and it seems to help. Anyone who complains about the taste is being a baby in my opinion---it's sweet but not full on candy.For me personally, it's a little acidic before bed, but I have special needs.Addendum, this product made me sick every time I took it, at whatever time of day. I suspect the malt syrup is the issue. Probably most people would be fine, but if you have gut issues or are gluten free, be careful. It does help with sleep!

Easy to take

These are pill form. I thought they were gummies. The description was confusing to me. I also haven't noticed anything in terms of feeling better, which is why I ordered them bc I'm sick.
