Easy and fun

I gave this to my 7 year old for Christmas after he became obsessed with the I survived 9/11 book, and it was a hit. It took us a few days to complete. He did need some help assembling some of the pieces, but he was careful and did most of it on his own. It has a little pop out tool to help with small pieces. The set had several famous landmarks and even 3 little cars to go with it. It seems good quality foam cover pieces with nice details. Even after some pieces were accidentally bent while assembling (like the needles on the skyscrapers, they still stand straight. The only problem we had was the Statue of Liberty at the end, because her cloak didn't wrap around her and ripped when we were trying to fold it over. I would still definitely recommend to anyone who loves architecture and puzzles. I will probably get another for my daughter who really got interested in it while her little brother was building it!

My 12 year old loved putting this together. Once he opened it, he sat for hours until it was completed. I would buy another one.

This 3d puzzle is very cool! I purchased it to build with my son and he enjoyed it very much! The end result looks amazing. I will definitely buy more models.

My husband says this isn't actually a puzzle (he used to put together challenging 3-D puzzles), but it is very interesting to work with. He is enjoying putting it together.

My 6 year old built this in 2 days. Instructions were easy to follow, pretty sturdy. Only downfall was that some of the parts were too difficult for him to put together but it does say it’s for kids 8+. And he got to learn about the buildings too. Now he wants to go to New York.

My little cousin loves puzzles like these and just loves building little models of cities. He was able to finish this in two days (would have done it faster if it weren’t school night) and it came out beautiful. For the price, you get a lot of the main components of the city in this puzzle, and the quality is also really good. Its smooth and is visually appealing. Recommend this to kiddos who love puzzles and putting together things.

I love 3-D puzzles and have done a few in the past and was really excited when I saw this one. You do have to be careful with any 3-D puzzle because it's easy to break off tabs or bend pieces. I definitely wouldn't get this for a young child but it would make a great gift for pre-teens and up. The instructions are very clear and it's easy to assemble and take apart for storage! Mine also came with a bonus mini-puzzle of the leaning tower of Pisa.

Dort gibt es die meisten der hier integrierten Gebäude nämlich auch einzeln und teilweise auch in verschiedenen Größen. Wieder zuhause angekommen und noch immer überwältigt von den unendlichen Eindrücken, gewaltigen Größen und massiven, geschichtsträchtigen Monumenten haben wir das Set hier bestellt. Es ist ein sogenanntes Skyline Modell - in diesem Fall von New York City - und beinhaltet: One World Trade Center Empire State Building Chrysler Building Lady Liberty Freiheitsstatue Brooklyn Bridge Oculus Bahnhof sowie kleinere Objekte zur Ergänzung wie Bäume, Autos und Taxis, Flaggen und Strassenschilder. Dieses 3D Puzzle besteht aus 123 Teilen welche aus mehreren Bögen recht leicht durch die vorhandene Stanzung herausgebrochen werden können, ohne etwas zu beschädigen oder abzuknicken. Denn bereits hier zeigt sich: mit Gewalt wird das nix. Das gilt auch für den Zusammenbau. Cubic Fun gibt hier eine Schwierigkeitsstufe von 4 an und bemisst die Zeit mit 150 - 180 Minuten. Wir hatten diese Art von Puzzle das allererste Mal in den Händen und es auch nicht in einem Schwung zusammengebaut, sondern Gebäude für Gebäude nach und nach. Zuerst die Grundplattform, dann die Bauwerke und abschließend die kleinen Details. So hatten wir lange Freude am Zusammenbau und konnten nebenbei in Erinnerungen schwelgen, wie es denn vor Ort war und was wir dabei erlebten. Die Qualität ist unserer Meinung nach hervorragend vor allem angesichts des günstigen Preises hätten wir das nicht erwartet. Die Teile sind absolut passgenau und dank einer gut bebilderten Anleitung auch einfach zusammenzustecken. Keine Fehler, keine Knicke, keine schiefen Gebäude. Alles ohne Schere und ohne Kleber. Wer sorgfältig und genau arbeitet wird garantiert seine Freude daran haben. Ideal auch als Geschenk entweder vor oder nach der Reise. Hier gibts echt nix zu meckern, daher volle Punkte!

Nos a gustado mucho, es entretenido y facil de montar, para toda la familia. Y una vez montado, queda muy bonito. Lo recomiendo.
