We've had these just over a year and they have been in use continuously over that time. (They do not 'shut off' during daylight hours.) There have been no issues with their performance. No dimming, no blinking, they are working as well as they have from day 1. They even look nice. The brightness is hard to call as that is such a personal preference. Fortunately they have a dimmer switch! We keep them at their lowest brightness level which is just under what 1 tea light would provide. At full brightness it's about what you'd get from one of those faux Christmas window candle bulbs, perhaps a bit brighter. Even at its lowest setting it's enough to clearly see your surroundings, but not so much that when you close your eyes you are aware there is a 'light' on nearby. This is a great product, well made, lasts a good long while even with continuous use, and the fact that it ALSO has a dimmer switch is exceptional. WORTH IT!!!

These are the best night lights that I have ever purchased. I love the green ambient light that they give off, plus one can change the brightness.

I like this product but just can't give it 5 stars, because of one factor, which may not be a problem for some others or different types of rooms for which one wants a night light. First of all, i should mention that i find this product to be a good shape & size (which should be a "duh!" for a night light but i've found some take up a lot more space or are more odd shapes, certainly those that still use incandescent bulbs, that stick out far enough to get in the way occasionally). This is very compact, fits over the outlet & doesn't protrude either to any side or in its thickness; indeed, i found it surprisingly flat & was pleased with that. Part of why i like it is simply it's novelty -- a yellow-ish light rather than the typical very-white light; however, the novelty was not why i bought it. Rather, my doctor referred me to a university sleep disorders clinic, & i was pleasantly surprised to be told that one's bio-rhythms are not innate & permanent, but rather can be altered (not at all why the doctor referred me, but the clinician said doing this was a good 1st step to take, both to relieve part of my problem & to set a better base-line for determining whether or not i have sleep apnea & if so whether it is mild enough to be treated with something less unpleasant than the usual machine & mask to pump air into one's lungs when breathing temporarily stops). Part of this program emphasized the need to avoid the blue part of the light spectrum for the last few hours, at least, before going to sleep & certainly when one gets up from sleep to use the bathroom. ironically, when i 1st went to buy a then-new LED night-light i was sold one that was totally blue, & i had no clue until the university sleep center referral about what blue light does to make sleep less restful. So i specifically looked here for a night light that would avoid the blue part of light as much as possible. Found this product, which also included a slider to vary the intensity of the light to suit one's tastes. So far so good; indeed, i've been pleased with it ...except for one thing: I've found this brand to be TOO bright for a night-light, even though i keep it on the lowest setting most of the time. This is the part that some (maybe even most) others might find to be no problem for them, since my bathroom is rather small & i am what has been termed by the psychologist who developed the concept, a highly-sensitive person, so i feel heat & cold more than most people seem to & bright lights are annoying to me, not helpful; indeed, i keep the house in dim light most of the time, simply because it is more comfortable for me. I'm sure high sensitivity to various stimuli is not a yes-or-no characteristic (you either are highly-sensitive or are not) but rather humans exist on a spectrum from extreme sensitivity to minimal sensitivity; & i know of no test to give one a numerical value of what percentile of the human spectrum one is on. But i'm fairly certain i'm distinctly more sensitive than most people, given my experiences (including finding i've needed to wear sunglasses when outdoors most of the time when it's not overcast, for most all of my life. So if you have any sense of whether you're average, above average, or below average in your sensitivity, you can judge my review on this point from that perspective. But i realized, in writing that, that i lied! -- That's not the only factor which prevents me from giving this product 5 stars. The other factor, which just seems a waste, although of course such lights use very small amounts of energy, is that, while this product does, as advertised, have a sensor that turns it off during the light part of the day & on at night, it remains on far too long for a night light, even though my little bathroom has a skylight, so it gets more sunlight than most bathrooms do. Oh, i might say, in concluding this overly-long analysis of a simple tiny product, that i do like the color. It's not as grossly yellow as i feared, & were it not for the brightness, i would find it a very comfortable "soft" light.

We only needed something small in a hallway that doesn’t have a lot of light. This worked absolutely perfect. It has a dimmer switch on it so you can choose your own brightness and it also sets itself when the lights go off to be turned on. Easy and I don’t have to even pay attention to it.

These little lights are fantastic! We got a new kitten who was living in the bathroom for a little while and I felt bad that he didn't have any light at night. So I purchased these. They're small, bright, dimmable, and awesome. The kitty has moved on from the bathroom, but I kept the little light plugged in, and I put one in the kitchen as well. It's nice to have a bit of light around the house at night. They light up the bathroom and kitchen enough so I can see where I'm going without making the house too lit and distracting. They turn off automatically during the day. Great purchase!

Love these, have had them for 6 months now and still work great. Super easy to use and I absolutely love that you can adjust the brightness of them

I was pleasantly surprised with these lights. One month I got my light bill and it was absolutely too high. I went around the house and made changes. I hate a dark house, so I decided to use these lights at night instead of leaving a couple lights on in rooms. I must say this is better than flipping the light switch on at night. They are bright enough for me to see where I am going. And the look of several of them in outlets around the house is very appealing. I chose the brightest light, but they are dimmable. As you can see, there is a low light and a bright light picture. It operates with a sliding button, so there are levels in between the low and bright. Not to mention, the look of the light itself, is very attractive. I recommend.
