Just look at any stock photo of a new L13 Gen 1 Yoga and that is what I got from this seller. The only glitch was I thought I was getting one with a backlit keyboard, but I was wrong after reviewing the specs on this order more thouroughly. I am not sending this baby back, no way. I can live without something knawing at my battery life anyways. Very very happy with this purchase and even though I have only had this 2 in 1 for a couple of hours so far. I think this is going to be a great long term return on a very small investment. If the wheels fall off, I will update my review. Otherwise, if you want something with a 10th generation i5 with 16gb DDR4 ram, and a M.2 SSD with good looks and integrated stylus, you cant go wrong here folks. Have a good one y'all.

I recently purchased a computer and was extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon powering on the device, I was greeted with a screen asking for an Enterprise account and password for "Fidelity Technology Group LLC." This is completely unacceptable for a new personal computer purchase. I expected to set up my own accounts and use the computer for personal tasks, not to be locked out of the system entirely due to enterprise security settings from an unknown organization. This means the PC was not even restarted to factory settings and now I am unable to use this piece of hardware; I dont understand how do you sell a product that clearly is not usable, is like if you would sell and Phone that is locked by the previous owner, wow this is just unbelievable. On top of that, one of the pins in the power adapter was bent, and the extension cord did not fit properly. This clearly indicates that the power adapter was not tested properly. Now, I need to buy a new power adapter, but even then, the software won't work due to the enterprise account issue.

Really like my new computer. I appreciate the added security of facial and fingerprint recognition.

My 6 year old grandson finally got a computer that he can "manipulate" and it also meets the very high requirements of the school he is attending!!!

Was super excited to get the laptop in and everything looked great about the laptop. Once the laptop was started, though, automatically went to a fidelity group email sign in. Unless you have an email with that company, there is no way of signing into this laptop. Which was very frustrating because was looking forward to using this laptop for work, and now it'll have to be delayed.

When I got the computer it was scratched and dented on the top and the mouse didn’t work

I think I would have liked it had it been reset to factory settings. Unusable as I did not have the pass key to set it up to previously installed win 365 this was sellers err not laptop.
