Very pleased with this tap package. The tap, waste and accessories are manufactured very well, so assembly and installation was no problem. The quality of finish looks excellent and the tap is quite solid, so I'm thinking that it should look good and work well for a few years. Water flow is fine, and the nozzle is well directed for our cloakroom basin. The fittings, including the hot and cold flexible pipes are of good quality, comparable with others that I have used in the past. The silicone sealing washers for the waste are of good thickness and seal well. The only frustration was that the first tap package that I received did not contain the water pipes, linkage rods to the waste and some accessories. It was easy to return with quick refund and I ordered a replacement which arrived the next day. It seemed obvious why the first one that I received had items missing... The flap on the box was not fastened with tape or adhesive and all the missing items were neatly but loosely laid at the top of the box on a foam pad. I imagine that the box flap must have opened at some time before delivery and all the loose items fell out. A shame for the seller and lost time for me, for the sake of some adhesive tape.

Excellent value and good flow on low bar rating, looks stylish but does have a tendency to look a bit stained in between cleaning but on the whole an excellent tap, would recommend.
