Good package. Beautiful kettle )One thing I didn't like about the design was that it's impossible to top up with water because the water will overflow from the spout of the kettle.

Recieved different product
Received a completely different product and it cracked in the first use. The product was flimsy and the plastic was cheap and the glass was thin. Looked like a borosil dupe which I why I didn't go for that brand in the first place but this product was also of no use. Wasted my money on top.

The spout is badly designed. Unable to pour without spilling.

Love, love, love it
I love to make tea with it for my guests. I have small clear tea cups and small clear cream and sugar bowls that match.The spout on the first one I got had broken off in shipping. The second one was fine. But I will try to be careful with the delicate spout so it does not break off when I am washing it.
