Volume 22 was a great read that picked up from Vol 21 and still managed to clear its big plot section while managing to leave enough of a cliff hanger to make me impatient for Vol 23.

The continuing adventures of Satou and his crew are still enjoyable 22 books later. Always a novel series I recommend to my friends that enjoy an isekai.

There was no story tension or obstacle to overcome it is mostly just a moving things along to future stories with a few things that occur. The only thing I will comment on that gives a part of the story away is he should try dry aging the wyvern meat that should soften and change the taste.Not a bad read but not a necessary one. Everything that happened could be explained in a few lines of text later.

I know that this is the 22nd book and it should have been done a long time ago, but this novel in particular could benefit greatly from the use of a map. All the islands, kingdoms, and places make it really confusing where they are and where they’re going.

Nothing much happens for most of the book. Could be condensed to 50-100 pages. a a a a a a

I thought it was very good. Enjoyed it a lot even so many books in.
