These are good to mix with anything. Cooks quickly and I will order again. The texture is fine and it helps to see that it is Organic and a low salt level.

These noodles cook really fast and have the nostalgic texture of instant ramen. Do note that no seasoning is provided, so they're meant to be used in recipes.

I like these since they're healthier than regular ramen noodles. A little expensive for what you get, each block seems smaller than regular ramen, but you can always mix in whatever you want. I bought a nice microwave cup to cook it in, and it's easy to make.

Great, unflavored ramen noodles. I use these with my own homemade broth. It’s useful to have them packed as individual servings… when I make noodles for 2-3 people I cook each noodle portion in a separate pot so it’s easy to get them into each bowl evenly. I boil the noodles, drain, add them to the serving bowl, then add broth, vegetables, and other toppings. The noodles cook in about 4 minutes and have a good texture. It’s a great way to make vegetarian ramen at home! For a quick and compact meal at work or in a hotel I use 1 pack of noodles + one envelope of Kikkoman instant miso soup + boiling water, then let it stand for 10 min and then eat.

Each noodle is packaged in a 150 calorie plastic baggie. I pop one into a rice cooker with one cup of water and let it cook.In my picture I have two servings mixed with other food and it’s still good.This is a perfect product for recipes where you can add your own ingredients

If you are on a low sodium diet these are perfect. Then you can add to them and control the sodium.
