Functionally, this scale is great, easy to read, integrates with apps very well, data is presented very well and so on... What brought me here to write a review was the customer service. After a year+ there was an issue, so I emailed the company. Overnight I got a response suggesting I might like a replacement, simply send a photo of the label on the underneath and provide a shipping address. Can't ask for better than this!

I started off with a 5-star review because of ease of use and generally good accuracy when comparing to the expensive scans at the gym. Then after only a few months, the recoil mechanism broke with no warning with normal use... Now what?? That made me change my rating down to 1-star and was very disappointing. Since it was past the Amazon return period, I was very concerned because you never know if a company is going to actually stand behind their product. I contacted the Posture support through the Amazon order and they got back to me right away. They apologized and IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new scale. You can't ask for any better service. I'm now back to a 5-Star rating. Great job, Posture!!
