Great. Sturdy and well made. Gives good support

I've been using this for over a month. It fits comfortably on 38" hips would probably stretch several inches further. The velcro fasting holds well. When I intend to play golf or do any lifting in the garden I increase the tension using the adjuster straps. It seems well made with no obvious defects appearing so far. Unfortunately there are no washing instructions. I cannot comment on whether it works other than to say that I am generally more mobile and have less pain but that could also be due to the physio!

This was a useless item. I have EDS so my joints constantly try to pop out of socket— worst Is the hip. Got this hoping it would help stabilise my hip. Nope. Absolutely useless item. Returned it.

Edit: 29/05/25 - elasticity is quite poor now, not adding much additional support to the velcro belt. Disappointed at the poor durability. The support for sitting is okay now as opposed to good. - The elastic has gone into wiggly lines after only a few uses, and looks a bit misshapen, however it provides good support to my SI Joint area and the gel pack (I havent used for heat yet) is fantastic to help take the edge of the pain after cooling in the freezer. I would recommend this to anyone with pain in the SI Joint and hip area. I have hEDS and this has made sitting for longer periods a lot more bearable!

Got the next size down, very comfortable and great support for my lower back that eased the pain great value for money

Been using whilst doing housework and ironing to aid my troublesome back and has been a godsend to enable me ecto carry on with everyday life

Not as described. Belt was extremely loose and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend

Very good quality. I am 4’10 tall, 120lbs , fit 30-40” belt. I love gel pack in the belt, it gave more options to release the pain.

This helps hold my hip/ pelvis in place
