Got these after I had surgery on my nose. They helped me keep the drainage clear. They don’t leak. Easy to use, the suction is just right. As long as you keep them cleaned up they are durable. They fit for what I need needed them for. I didn’t need 4 but glad I got them. I have found other uses for them.
