These are just okay. Not sure if I like or dislike honestly. They are what they are.

I really wanted to love this product, but the plastic absorbs odors and "funk".I used mine to store home-made flax seed gel for my hair. The first batch did well and lasted about 2 months before it started to look and smell a little off. I tossed the last of the product, washed the container and lid, and refilled with a new, fresh batch. Unfortunately, it started to spoil within a week. I figured I had done something wrong, so I tossed the product, and washed the bottle again, then refilled with a third, new batch. This time it spoiled within a couple days, so I tossed and washed again, but this time I smelled the bottle after washing it out, and it smelled "off". I washed it a second time, but again, it smelled "off". So I soaked it for a few days with dish soap. Now it just smells like dish soap. Since I'm doing this for a fragrance free, pure product for my hair, these containers are a complete fail.An important note: with each of the batches above, I put some of my product in a small travel container (recycle #1), and the product in that container never spoiled, nor did the container smell funky after washing, including after the long soak with dish soap. Since this is an exact side-by-side test, I'm confident that the funk and spoilage came from the container. In fact, I've travelled with the travel container, so if anything, it had a tougher test (hot car trunk, etc.) than this product did.I've given them 3 stars since the one I used didn't leak. They may be good for arts and crafts, or things that don't spoil or absorb odors. I wouldn't use for food, medicine, or beauty products. Since it's too late for me to return, I'm hoping to use them for glues, or paints, or something like that.

These are perfect for my homemade cosmetics! I originally bought a bunch of pump style bottles from a wholesaler and I found pumping shampoo, conditioner, and body wash a little cumbersome and decided to try these out and it has made everything so much easier! I like that I can still see the color of the product because that was the original reason I went with a pump because of the clear pvc pet bottles, and they don't handle squeezing. These bottles can be squeezed and they can handle low percentage of fragrance oils.
