AX100 Axe and Shovel Carrier for Safari Rack

I have a 95 lifted, etc 4WD Suburban with a full size Surco rack on top. This is a great product for Surco racks. I changed the hardware to Stainless Steel and instead of a nut I'm using a large SS wing nut. I can get it off with a screwdriver (in between 'wings' at an angle) and put it back on but believe me, if you have need of getting your ax and shovel down you're going to be in no mood to put them back up there after you finish using them. I just throw them in the back and put em on the rack later.

I had already had a set on one side of my rack and it worked great. Thought I would put a second set for the other side. I have more tools to carry when i go 4 wheeling and camping.

Looks cool on Safari Rack. Works OK, but you'll need a wrench to remove your shovel and Axe.

Good product but the time it takes to bolt and unbolt the shovel takes too long. Not useful for winter ...
