Love it so far, feels very well made, lighting is great. The backlighting is more aesthetic than anything but nothing wrong with that. Took a few tries to connect to the app but the integration has been solid ever since.

Super impressed!! Ignore other comments about not having the ability to turn off LED and chroma separately. Simply HOLD the far left sun icon and the LED will turn off. Hold it again to turn it back on, all the way keeping the chroma lit. This is exactly what I needed for a desk light by saving extra space and the wall light reflect effects to match my keyboard. This will do just fine instead of getting light bars for a similar effect.

Super clean design with bright, customizable RGB. Adds great lighting to my setup without glare on the screen. Easy to install and looks awesome definitely worth it if you’re into aesthetics and functionality.

Unable to get it to connect to chroma, gamer room or synapse app. Should be an easier process but it’s not even worth it at this point, especially for the price 🙄

The light bar does the job greatly, you can change through light color (cold or warm) and light intensity as well, this functionality is great. The chroma is what you would expect, but as I also read in other reviews, it does not update with Synapse, at least that easily. What I didn't "like" is that you have to have the lights on for the chroma to work, you can't have one or the other, you need to have both lights on, or none... But overall, happy with my purchase, although it could've been cheaper.

UPDATE: Constantly out of sync with the Razer Gaming App and Synapse so gave up as its not worth the constant battle. What a waste of money. ... Was on back order for 3 months so that was pretty frustrating. When I did get it I was surprised it was USB-C but did have an empty slot in my newer PC so not a huge deal, but a lot of older PC's might not. I thought it would sync with razer synapse after plugging in, but it did not. Had to google what to do and ended up having to download the razer gamer app first. Also it won't sync with the razer gaming app unless you hit the star looking button all the way on the left and the power button all the way on the right at the same time (it will blink red to confirm) which resets it. Then you have 5 minutes to sync it with the gaming app. Once it was in the gaming app I was able to sync it with synapse. It's super cool so not going to downgrade it too bad, but it should just plug and play with the cpu/synapse.

Awesome Purchase

Recieved product fast, was was good. Found that the bar didnt sit straight. Tried to return via amazon, they gave me the option for a partial refund and replacement so I did that. Got the refund but no replacement and no email on infomation regarding replacement (like I was told). Contacted Razer support and got a replacement within a few days after sending them the old one (they paid for shipping). Got the replacement one to find the same issue (not sitting level) as well as a crack in the hinge. They shipped the product in a massive box without packing material so it bouncing around in ther resulting in the damage. Contacted Razer again and got approved for another replacement. Sent them the item (they paid shipping again) and waited 3 weeks and got nothing. Contacted them via email they said they were waiting for stock to replenish in 2-3 buisness days and they will send me an email. Got no info about it. Showed up a week later randomly in another ridiculously oversized box without any packing material. This one so far seems to be sitting level and is not cracked. Now the setup for this thing is ridiculous if you want to use it on your PC (where else are you gonna use it). You have to setup the device through an app you download on your phone NOT YOUR PC MUST BE ON YOUR PHONE. Then you can set it up to work on Synapse 4 on your PC. Not worth the money they charge.

The product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and condition. I was hoping for a pristine and untouched item, but what I received seemed less than that. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the product or trust its long-term reliability. I would recommend ensuring better consistency for future purchases.
