I'm going to start off by saying this product is amazing. I got three of them. Two of them were for work. I put them in the restrooms immediately once I received them. The women's restroom especially, I believe it has a problem with the plumbing because it's absolutely foul. I hooked this machine up selected P4 and it only took about 10 minutes before the room smelled like clean air. It continued to function throughout the day, keeping the restroom completely clean. I'm thankful it's a lot bigger than I thought it was because that'll be some good anti-theft for the restroom. THe febreze plug-ins always get stolen out of there. Seems like a nice sturdy device and hangs on the wall securely with a neat little sticker pad and screw. I hooked one up as well into the center hallway of my house. It is completely negated all smell of cat and dog. If I have it on P4 while cooking, I can barely smell the food cooking in the oven. I tend to unplug it when I want to light a candle or smell the food that I'm cooking 😂 It really works that good guys. The people on here that are complaining about having a hard time breathing are probably using too high a setting in too small of an area. Or they're just really really sensitive. WAS THIS THING WORTH THE MONEY TOTALLY!

*sorry, this might be a long one. At first I didn't quite get how this worked. Reading the instructions was hard to understand. I watched the videos other customers had done and winged it from there. If you're a pet owner, then you know how your house can smell at times no matter how often you clean, disinfect, and deep clean your carpets. I've tried the Germ Guardian and it worked, but ordering and changing the filters was not only costly, but annoying to change every month, and I have two of them. Taking a chance on this was the best decision I ever made in regards to breathing in clean air! Never mind the negative reviews. If you don't give this or anything you're looking at a try, you'll never know for sure if it really works or not. What have you got to lose? You can always return it, and don't believe that the return date expired, because if you don't notice a difference, within a week, common sense will tell you it's not working, or if it's not to your liking, then return it and try another. Also, just know, that most everything that's factory made, almost always has a defective one. I'm usually the lucky one who gets the defective one. I should mention that I have split A/C in a 3bdrm 2bth single story home. I will surely be keeping this unit because I can now walk into my house and breathe nothing but CLEAN air! Here's what I did... 1. Secured it to my living room wall next to my TV. 2. Tried to read instructions seven times, then decided to wing it. 3. I started at P1. Let it blink and run for 2 minutes. Turned it off. Opened windows to air out that funky chlorine/electrical smell. 4. After 30 minutes, I turned it back on to P1. The smell was there, but not as strong. 5. I let it run for about an hour, then turned it off because I went to bed. 6. In the morning, after I took a deep breath, I couldn't believe it. The air was still odorless. 7. I went out for a couple of hours and when I got home, I could smell dog urine. I guess the Kirkland pee pads was part of the problem. Anyways. I turned the unit to P3, and within a few minutes, like 4-5 minutes, the smell was gone. But changing the pee pads did help. 8. For cooking, like bacon, the bacon smell can linger, so I use P3 on the unit and I have no lingering smell in my air conditioner. After that, I went back to P1 until I go to bed, and back on to P1 in the morning for the day, unless I cook or go out and the dogs pee'd and/or pooped, then it goes on to P3 for a bit then to P1 again. You get the gist. I hope this helps at least 1 person.

This really helped eliminate odor in a bedroom. It worked so well we bought a few more for other rooms so we can do more than one room at a time. Make sure to ventilate after though, they are strong.

It works VERY well. The cat litter box room never smelled so good. But my cat had an adverse reaction to it after two days. Luckily I have litter boxes around the house. I was warned. I was just hoping he wouldn’t be affected by it. He was sneezing and coughing. He got better once I took it out and aired out the house. My other 2 cats were fine though so it’s a hit or miss thing.

I’m having such a hard time choosing stars for this product because 1) It was working absolutely AMAZINGLY for about a week. I mean AMAZING!!! The way my apartment is set up, I have to have my robotic litter box and the animal’s food in my bedroom. I have 3 rescue cats and a rescue chihuahua. I HAD to get something so my room didn’t smell and this device did the trick and then some!! I was RAVING about it to all of my friends about how awesome it was.. that it took ALL the smells out and you would never know there was a litter box and animals in my room. But then, all of a sudden my 10 year old son said “mom, I think that air thing in your room stopped working. I can smell the smells again”. I walked into the room and he was right! I tried turning it off and on again and I think that helped for a bit but it’s definitely having problems already. I’m extremely disappointed because I was in love with this thing. It makes no noise, cleans the air amazingly, hangs on your wall so doesn’t take up space.

I am very happy with this purchase. I live in a small house with 3 indoor cats that we are constantly emptying 2 different litter boxes. My wife sprinkles stuff on the litter to help but ammonia still smells. On the base setting of P1 the smell is gone, I definitely can tell when it is on and producing ozone. I no longer smell the ammonia in the house. I bought this one expecting for it to do one room and to buy another one later. This one covers my whole less than 900sq ft house. I would recommend to a friend without issue.
