No, just setup instructions. A qualified Physical therapist should be able to help with developing a home program.

How long before you see results with mirror therapy

Hi, as a doctor of physical therapy who has used mirror box for years, there is no clear answer on this. It depends on what condition you are using it for, how diligent you are with mirror box training and if you’re using it under the guidance of a trained Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. The program usually needs other compliments too like Graded Motor Imagery or left/right discrimination training as adjuncts.

Where is this product manufactured?

Parts are made in China then it's finished in the UK. All current stock is made over four months ago as of Feb 19, 2020

Will it work for my ankle?

I don’t think so. It sets on the table and you put the arm in that needs the therapy and move the other arm out side the box. The idea is to stimulate the brain into thinking the arm in the box is doing what the one outside the box is doing. You have to be able to look in the mirror while doing this.
