S&B, Golden Curry Japanese curry Mix, Medium Hot, 3.2 oz

This is extremely easy to use, and very tasty. I bought "medium" this time, but for people with a good tolerance for spices, the "hot" is fine. It really is not very hot.I love the warm flavors, which go with pork, ground beef, or chicken very nicely.

This stuff is fantastic. I have been making curry chicken for years with curry powder and corn starch slurry. NO MORE! This is the perfect blend of spices and thickening agent. So easy, just stir fry my chicken and veggies, add hot water and the Golden Curry packet. Perfect every time.

Good product but don't let the label trick you, it is not at all spicy, medium is an extreme overstatement. Use hot sauce or buy the hotter versions. And yes, I used the right amount of the roux, at least according to the box.

This version is much more flavorful than the mild version without being too hot. Tastes great if you break off half a brick and melt it into ramen!
