Good But Expensive
This works well as designed but is a bit expensive for what it is, however the camera fixing mechanism is high quality and looks like it will last.It’s very comfortable and works well with my Olympus EM1 III. Had no problems when using a backpack unlike some other reviewers. Never going back to the original strap after using this.

Worth the extra for the IV?
I bought the III. I emailed Carry Speed to ask the difference between the two - the only change is to the mounting plate for the camera. Not convinced it's worth the extra, so bought the III, very happy with it!
